My Gym Scranton is a great place to bring your children! The staff is friendly, energetic, professional, and genuinely considerate. They treat each child as an individual, demonstrating care and compassion while teaching their students the importance of listening, sharing, and exercise. Since going to My Gym, my children have become much better at following directions, waiting their turn, and communicating with others. The teachers at My Gym have become an invaluable part of our lives, as we feel that they are preparing our very young children for their futures in formal education. My family is grateful that My Gym Scranton is a part of our lives!

We positively love My Gym Scranton. My now 3 year old has been going since she could walk and she still gets excited every day we go. We've done two birthday parties here, and gone to another 4 for her friends, as well as camp the last two summers. Dana and her staff are exceptional, educated, and so great with kids, being both fun and cognizant of the kids' developmental needs. It's also always super clean (a big deal to me)! No matter if it's a class of 2 or 20 the kids get attention and have a great time. We'll be coming here for years to come.

This place is really spectacular for kids. The staff are wonderful and help play with the kids and keep you involved. My daughter really loves it here. Their equipment is great for little ones for jumping climbing swinging all the stuff they need especially during a long cold winter here in Pennsylvania. I've never had any problem with any of the billing practices as another person has complained about. Everything is well explained when you sign up for the classes. How much it will cost how long your required membership is and any costs that will come out of my account. Additionally you sign a contract that even further explains everything. It's a great place for kids to get a love for excercise. I travel quite a bit and bring my daughter with me and what I appreciate most about this place is I can use any my gym in the country as well

We've been bringing our kids here since 2012, and it's been great for both of them. Learning some age-appropriate gymnastics and how to learn to play well with others are our two big take aways. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and we can't wait to go each week. Extras/events/parties are great too.

Stay far away from these thieves! After 4 months of attending classes, we decided to temporarily cancel our membership because we would be out of town for the last month of summer followed by the beginning of preschool in September. Only to find out even when you cancel your membership you are still charged another billing cycle whether you attend or not! As far as I think anyone would be concerned being charged for a service you didn’t sign up for is flat out theft. Turns out what’s written on paper was never explained by poorly educated staff. Beyond that they weren’t even willing to reason with me considering the situation. These people are garbage and so is their program. Doing the same exact things, at every single class, with a lot of “free time” in the middle. Don’t waste your time or money! There are so many better options for children’s gym classes in the area that won’t steal from you!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! What a scam! I signed a contract for a 3 month membership for 2 children, and I THOUGHT I understood what I was signing. Turns out what's on paper is one thing, and what you're told by poorly trained staff in another. I was told upon sign up that I could "freeze" my membership if need be for up to 3 months. And that I was only required to use and pay for 3 months. We used our first month, paid for it, and then decided to freeze for the following month or two due to work schedule conflicts with class times. The night I froze the membership, I make sure to ask the staff member: "will I be charged at all during the freeze?" And I was told "no, no charges at all until you pick the membership back up." Ok, great....right? WRONG. Less than a week after that, DURING THE TIME OF THE FREEZE, I was charged $140 and then another $20, two separate and new charges to my bank statement. I was confused to say the least. I called 3 TIMES AND BEFORE SOMEONE ACTUALLY RETURNED MY CALL. When someone finally called back, it was yet another staff member who had no idea what they were talking about. Her answer to my question was "that's just the way we do it." Sorry, that's not a good enough answer for me. I waited about a week and then placed another 4 calls before someone finally returned my call AGAIN. Shocker....I was met with yet another poorly trained staff member who could not explain why I was charged during my freeze. At this point I became very annoyed and felt the need to cal their "corporate" office. Turns out their "corporate" office is nothing more than a call routing center. I left a message anyway and voiced my complaint, and today was called back by Stefanie from My Gym Scranton. Stefanie did little more than try to double talk me, again, couldn't REALLY give me an answer as to WHY I WAS CHARGED DURING THE FREEZE, and continued to repeat "it's just for the tuition fee." Stephanie also told me that the night I froze my membership I was PROBABLY told there would be no charge because the staff member didn't realize the dates of my billing cycle, and therefore did not properly inform me that I would charged again a week later. Sorry, Stephanie, but last time I checked, it's the responsibility of the staff, not the client, to research these matters and be able to fully inform clients when they ask a simple question. Stephanie was rude, and unwilling to help me. I then asked if she was the franchise owner. She said "no, Dana is the franchise owner." I asked then if Dana could please call me back. Stephanie's response: "Dana probably won't call you back, she's busy, she's picking her kids up from school." Sorry, Stephanie, again, not a good enough answer for me. Dana, just a word of advice, if you can't take a moment out of your day to call back a very pissed off client, maybe you should rethink your choice to run a business. I have called my bank, shut down my bank card so they cannot charge me any further, and will disputing the charge of $140 from the frozen membership. Another thing hey won't tell you is that they charge you to freeze your account: 10 dollars per child. Again, this goes back to my question the night I froze the membership:: WILL I BE CHARGED AT ALL DURING THE FREEZE? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My Gym is a spectacular place for little ones to learn different skills physically, emotionally, and mentally. The staff is very fun, organized, and upbeat. They are always going the extra mile to make sure the kids that attend classes are well taken care of, and they are very welcoming and inviting! This is such a great program to get your little one involved with other children! All the information that was given to me was explained very well, and all of my questions were answered without hesitation! I gave My Gym Scranton a 5 star rating not only for their employees, but also for their facility! Any time I go there it is spotless! The team does an awesome job at keeping the lobby, floor, AND bathrooms super clean! I would definitely recommend this place to any and all!

My Gym is a wonderful place to bring your children. The programs are action packed with innovative and exciting things for kids from all age groups to participate in. We love bringing our 3 1/2 year old and 1 year old to classes. They learn and grow so much by watching the teacher and their peers. They never want to leave at the end of class because they are having so much fun.

We’ve been coming here for about 4 months now and my son always has a blast. The staff is awesome!! My son absolutely loves Mr. Evan. I wish he’d stay at this location forever :-) he’s really good with the kids. The other teachers are also awesome! I also love that they always have special events during holidays. This year we attended their “Cookies with Santa” event during Christmas time and we had a blast! I recommend this place, it’s totally worth it.
