My wife and I joined 9Round back in April and we have really enjoyed our experience here. The owner and all of the employees are very genuine people, and they are extremely helpful with all the workouts. Bill and his team pay extreme attention to detail to everything and they always keep the place very clean. The concept is great: 30 minute, high intensity workout. The circuit is always different so you don’t get bored doing the same exercises. I also love that you get a heart rate monitor when you join so you are able to track your heart rate throughout the workout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. After one workout, you will be hooked!

Awesome place! The staff does a great job of teaching you how to do the various types of exercises. They are very friendly and yet still able to push you to get a great workout!

Just joined in November and I love it. Fantastic 30-35 min workout burn upwards of 700 calories. Bill and his team are great coaches. I would recommend 9Round mcmurray to anyone looking for a great workout.

9round is an amazing option to exercise. I love that there are no set class times- just walk in and get to work. The new owners and staff have significantly improved the facility and customer service. I look forward to seeing results in the mirror.
