The old owners, who were by all accounts great, have sold the business to new owners. These owners appear to be in over their head. It is completely unorganized. My biggest complaint, they allow sick children to play and interact in the classes. The first class my husband went to he came home and said a little girl was sneezing and wiping snot on her hands, and was visibly ill, yet she was allowed to play. The owner, who was teaching the class, appeared to timid to ask the child to come back another day, instead she decided to chance the other children getting sick. Then the next class was immediately afterward, and they did not clean off ANY SURFACES!! That class was unknowing exposed to toys and mats that the ill child just played with!! Its a great place for illness to spread! Also, I went to a "free" introductory class, and since my daughter liked it, I decided to sign up. The owner actually got up and left to teach a class while I was in the middle of signing up. He didn't explain anything. When I asked what I was signing his wife, who was tending to her daughter more than helping anyone, said I would be charged 46.00 up front and told payments would be $70 per month, Which was fine, however, the VERY next day they took out $70.00 for the payment. When I called to ask about it all they said was oh yeah I guess we should have explained that better. Bottom line is I ended up paying for the " free " class. Do not sign up on the same day as the free intro class or you will be charged for it!! I have since canceled my classes and now go to a nice gym in Eugene that is both cheaper and nicer. I would recommend the drive south to Bounce Gym, you will be glad you did!! They at least sanitize between classes!!
