Been training here for about 6 months. Great classes, talented and patient trainers, affordable and a very welcoming atmosphere.

This review has nothing to do with their physical services it’s all based on first point of contact(email). I had filled out the new boxer profile form, didn’t think it went through since I didn’t get any type of confirmation after filling it out therefore I looked elsewhere and found something different. I filled out the form last night and get an email until today late morning with literally no information only the owners info at the very bottom of this “email” it stated to reply “remove” if I didn’t want to receive any emails from them so I did. Seconds later I get a respond saying and I quote “ Why did you fill out the new boxer profile then?” I felt like that was super unnecessary it felt passive. I feel like they should respect the fact that I didn’t want information emailed to me if I was no longer interested. Definitely could have been said/approached differently. Will not consider this place based of the first impression I received from their admin(the owner) by email.

Great place to learn to box, a fun way to work out with great teachers in a positive environment. Get into sparring if you want, or just learn to punch and hit mitts and bags. There are people of all fitness and skill levels so it's not intimidating. No meat head BS, great prices.

I've been going to Sweet Science for a few years now. I don't know why, but it never occurred to me to write a review until now. This place has changed my life. The trainers are incredible people, and I've made a lot of friends since I started. I'm more fit and confident than I've ever been in my life, and going to the gym is the highlight of my day. If you're on the fence about this place at all, just come in and give it a go. If a skinny nerd like me can do it, so can you.

I've been coming here for a number of months. I'm the least athletically coordinated person on the planet, but my girlfriend eventually convinced me to start going. Classes are priced comparably to any gym class membership, and the atmosphere is entirely conducive to folks who are super-skilled and to those who are total rookies (or generally terrible at sports, like myself). Both boxers and trainers are generous and friendly, looking to help each person improve to the best of their ability. It's a wildly fun and exhausting full-body workout, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for activity that's a little bit outside of the box.

Awesome gym. I'm learning a lot here. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful and create an atmosphere welcoming to all skill levels. The workouts challenge both your fitness and skill levels. I'd recommend for both new and experienced boxers.
