Staying at Sun River Resort. Was under the impression there was a pool on site. Turns out its actually a 10 minute drive from the resort. Hot tub is outside. Which is great in the wintertime, except the water was luke warm. Changing rooms were freezing. I swear the air conditioning was on. Outside temp is about 30 degrees F. Not going back.

Awesome place to take the kids to. It has a splash pool, large swimming pool, and a surfing pool (all indoors). The jacuzzi is outdoors and could use a little maintenance, some tiles had come off of the steps but it was nice otherwise. The locker rooms have some private stalls with a curtain to change in privacy. There is a basketball gym, weight room and climbing rock wall. Wifi is free and there are some places to sit and work on a laptop. Nice place to go and have the kids burn some energy. Would go back for sure.

Great place for the family and kids. Went there with our whole junior high Sunday school class and we all had a blast! Facilities and amenities are very clean and organized, staff is very helpful and nice. Everyone of our kids and parents had an amazing time.

Sunriver Fitness was cool enough to host a fundraiser for our child's school. A beautiful facility and awesome pool. Our kids had tons of fun on the flowrider and the staff showed them how to ride the surfboard and even start doing some tricks. Very helpful! if you live in Sunriver, definitely consider a membership here!

Great experience, excellent prices, only $20 for a day pass including 2 hours of wave riding. Staff and friendly and knowledgable. Plenty of space, and lots of equipment for a good workout.

Me and my mother received a couple membership to continue her physical therapy as she has a bone degenerative disease. We were having a blast coming there it was so fun to see the place grow. So we thought we would share it with our family and brought in about 11 people all were paying customers except for me and my mother. When we got there we were informed that the lifeguard was leaving earlier and our guests were not allowed in the facility. Now we have my three young children and my baby niece with us, we got super frustrated asked the Lifeguard to stay longer and of course he wanted to go home early. So now I am dragging my very upset non understanding crying three year old out of the facility. I as a very angry mama went on to Facebook, Yelp and TripAdvisor and left a review on each site one star saying you shouldn't deny guest of members. A long time past. me and my mother continue to go in we would bring my children, then I was approached by this older woman who works there to change my reviews. Okay I said because time has gone by. So I did change my reviews at this point I'd still not received an apology or anything regarding that day. So I change my reviews from one star two three stars and updated my reviews. Few days later out of nowhere, we are now told that we are no longer welcomed as members and they actually refund our membership over a Facebook review. So after no apology and revoking of our membership I went on and change my reviews back to a one-star because I could not believe that they would revoke our membership over my fixed review(which I included a lot of membership perks in) We have sent over several families in the last month or so to get memberships!! since this facility is a good facility. So I gave them time, I am now trying to get a family membership for my kids because we live in such a small community this Aquatics and fitness center is pretty much all we have. I have apologized or my reviews I have spoken to the owner and I am hoping that one day that we will be able to become members again. This facility is amazing you get so much in your membership! I would definitely recommend this place whether you're single or a large family. They have so much for you to do and so many opportunities! So this is my plea to the owners, all I want is a family membership for my kiddos. I have no hard feelings, I just want to move past this!(no reply from business as of 2-9)

I signed my two children up to try the indoor surfing. My kids were very excited to try it out. Unfortunately, they did not receive much help from the staff and became frustrated. They allow for up to 20 people to sign up, and there were only 5 people there. I really would have thought that this would allow for someone to give my children some guidance. It was obvious that my children were struggling, but the staff would not help. Anyway, my son grew frustrated and left, 30 minutes into our 2 hour session. My daughter finally got some help from someone who was also using the indoor surf machine. With his help, she was able to enjoy herself.

This place if awesome, from membership sign up to cancelling everything was easy. Facility was clean, huge, with lots to do from basic gym to classes to rock wall and even the pool. Unfortunately during the summer it gets very full of kids and it's hard to work out when they're swimming in your lane, but they do have special member hours that you'll find the pool empty, but they just weren't good hours for me. Will probably join again in the future!

Bummer to not be open later to make it in after work for a good work out and very bummed not to see you opened on Sunday's. Hours seem so restricted and is keeping us away from being members.

Not pleased that the jets on hot tub are yet not working again. The main reason for joining was the ability to workout, swim, and soak in the hot tub. After only one month of being a member, the tub worked one week. Being that I'm a disabled veteran is the main reason my therapy.

Best fitness center I have ever been. Membership price is fair and reasonable. Pool is perfect temp and clean. The surf water looks like fun, maybe 30 years ago I would try it. Great kiddy pool area, water park worthy. The toys and swim aids are a plus. Locker rooms are clean and large. What really elevates the facility to 5 stars are the people. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. A real gem here.

We are a family of five and our two boys wanted to go on the Flow rider for two hours. This aquatic center charged us $60 for my husband and I and our young daughter to watch them. This is absolutely a rip off! A total of $100 for two hours, for two children to participate.

Great place but they need more surf boards. Every other flow rider I’ve been to has multiple boards that they rotate out except this place. The boards are also torn up and old. I’ve never seen a new board in the year I’ve been going here. All in all it’s a fun place.

We came for the flowrider and pool. Pros: Great facility, friendly staff. Awesome flow Rider. The lifeguards were great teachers to get us surfing on the wave. Cons: hot tub closed for unknown reasons. The surfboards were really old and beat up, one even looked like it had mold on it. The lifeguards personal board was way easier and better to ride. The flowrider itself was pretty dilapidated as well. Cool facility and staff , but management needs to direct their attention at new surf equipment and the flowrider

Great place to take the kiddos! Awesome, friendly staff. Ride the mechanical wave if you are brave enough! There are pools, spas, saunas, workout facilities, half court gym, and rock climbing walls. There is also a large hangout area with a fireplace.

Great place for a day of fun. The Flowrider was awesome and I loved watching the staff there show us how it's done! Everybody was very friendly and I was never bored. A great place to spend a day.

Amazing place and price. There is something for everyone. If you like to do laps in the pool, just swim around and play, try your luck at the wave rider, soak in the hot tub, play some basketball or dodgeball, work out, do yoga, spin cycle, or climb the rock wall. Rarely ever crowded and always a treat.

Picking up my wife's cancellation letter. They cancelled her membership because after screwing our family over multiple times she gave them a 3 star rating not a 5. She is disabled and this was her only therapy option so she had dealt with their ever changing ways, constantly broken equipment and the fact it took a week to chase the owners down to complete the membership in the first place... and it just never got better! I was done when 9 of our friends and family were denied entry because they made spur of the moment decisions to send staff home early on a Friday!! I told them the SHARC was better!!

Beautiful, clean, and family friendly! When we walked in the staff was prompt and friendly. Super clean!! The whole place is recently updated. There is so much to do. Basketball, Gym, pool, sauna, flowrider (so much fun!!) and much more. The fireplace room is huge and has a gorgeous view. Can't wait to come back!!

Nice fitness center with a big pool. Felt like the wave rider prices were a little steep so we didn't get a chance to try it. Hot tubs were nice in a outdoor setting. Also enjoyed the rock wall.

This place is awesome! Everyone that works here is so friendly and creates a positive atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome! The flow rider is so much fun, and a great workout! They keep the spa open all winter which is a huge plus, and the lap pool/kiddie pool is indoors. They have a beautiful and clean gym area that I enjoy using at any time of day. It's always kept clean and there are some pretty good machines, along with free weights, weight benches, and more options to choose from. If I ever feel like doing more pilates/yoga/stretching I can go upstairs and use one of the rooms for that, along with cycling! (They do offer classes and have multiple times so someone can fit one into their schedule!) Overall, this is a great fitness venue. Friendly people, clean/maintained equipment, a cafe for after your workout, and you have plenty of options so you will always have something to do!

We decided to stop in during the first bit of our summer vacation. Amazing and clean facility, pools, rock-wall, surf machine, exercise rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. The lifeguards were especially helpful teaching the kids to surf. Very fun !

What a ripoff! $20 to get in the door and an additional $20 to do the flowrider ... Per person! Don't bother looking at this unless you live in Sunriver and get a membership.
