Great place for a real workout. Classes are an hour long and always work your core. The trainers are encouraging but not over the top. Great for body sculpting or just staying in shape.

By far my favorite workout! I have been a division I collegiate athlete, am now a chiropractor, and I love this system. Great for strength and endurance and can be scaled to whatever your fitness level is. Michael is an expert and trains his staff very well. In my opinion this is a better, safer system than the popular workouts being done out of "boxes". Give the Skogg System a try!

After being a cardio junkie for a few years and not seeing results, I took the recommendation from a friend to try out Skogg. I lost 20 pounds in 6 months and somehow even gained a half an inch in height...but I think that is because my posture and alignment has been greatly improved. All of the instructors are helpful and encouraging. I never felt intimidated by them or any of the other members. It's a very inclusive gym! The workouts are different every day and the parking situation is great. Come join us. You'll be amazed at your results.

When I started working out at SKOGG I was a little intimidated. In the eight years I've been coming here I do not think I have ever repeated a workout. The staff is positive, energetic, encouraging and fun; as well as challenging. The best experience I've ever had a gym, which is why I continue to make the drive.
