They have pretty much everything you'll want. The freeweights room is usually a battle during peak times to get the racks and benches. Everyone is pretty friendly. Good WiFi for streaming video on cardio days.

Nice little gym but geared towards Cardio workouts but they have what you need. Just try to avoid the rush hour times 4-530 pm. Need more free weights and room that is why I gave 4 stars.

Friendly staff, Everytime I have met them they have a smile. It's clean and doesn't smell like BO or someone with to much perfume or cologne. Call them and get a tour it's worth it

Good equipment, though some is in disrepair, staff is great and so are the other people working out. That's half the problem... Way to small of a facility to try and get a good work out in, unless you like going at really odd hours. Only 3 showers makes this a tough place to recommend if you like working out in the morning before work

We started a membership here and the process was very simple. The management was helpful and asked us questions to see if we qualified for any discounts, which we did through my employer. The facilities are nice, the equipment is in good working order, and everything is kept clean. It's in a convenient spot, and the 24 hour access is nice.

Samfit owned by Samaritan that should say enough. just line up the people let's make a profit let's push him through the door let's make as much money as we possibly can and they don't really care if our medical advice is good bad or ugly. The actual therapy department employees are great. The hospital conglomerate they work for sucks
