I LOVE pdx fit! I was invited to Pdx Fit by a friend who is an enthusiast and I can see why! It is a safe space to come as you are and improve your fitness in a fun and motivating way. A lot of workout places it is easy to feel ashamed of not being perfectly fit but not here, there are so many types, ages and shapes of people. Marco is great as is the rest of their team. The workouts vary from day to day and week to week but all going towards a goal of a stronger you. It's an amazing resource that we have right here in Lents. I highly recommend to anyone to invest in their health!

Great place to work on your strength and body. Trainers are great and very outgoing. I feel motivated to keep going. There are also many time frames available. The community is also strong and welcoming.

I love feeling like I am part of something bigger. It has been more than 6 months through my journey in my fitness and I feel very happy with my strength workouts. Marco and Carlee are great trainers and expect you to bring out your potential in every workout. This is a great gym. :)

This is a great place for group exercise. It's a small but growing gym. The trainers are excellence and I love the community here. We work hard but we also have fun too!
