Nice selection of machines and I love the women’s work out room. However on weekends they are close early. You’d think they would be open later but they close super early. Ended up terminating my membership because I always get off work after they close.

Its your typical home town gym. Nothing special, kinda pricey but it has the basics. The equipment is old and outdated but it does have a squat rack and a dead lifting platform. The only down side is that the room is crooked so if you keep lifting in that room your going to look like quasimodo. I joined monmouth fitness because its the only gym in the area.

The gym is clean and well stocked with paper towels and disinfectant. They have all the equipment you could need. They also have classes and women's only stuff. Great gym, I'm glad I'm a member, also Tony and the staff are fantastic.

Great hometown feel. I feel welcome when I walk in and the staff is very friendly. They don't have all of the machines some heavy lifters may need but they have everything anybody else needs.

Nice, clean gym. Abundance of of cardio equipment. Solid selection of weight-training equipment as well. The Staff are friendly and attentive. The owner is approachable and very helpful. Prices for membership are reasonable. The atmosphere is that of a family friendly, a small-town gym where most of the members know each other by name. It is the overall best gym in town.
