I've been a member for about 6 years now and i can say you won't find a better group of people to train with or be coached by! The review below me by "Sean stone" is completely off base and dishonest. Plus Sean you've never even trained at our facility so please go troll else where with your lies! People like you sicken me when you try to damage good peoples businesses. If you want a Family oriented, kid friendly place to work out and train this is one of the good ones! come check us out and see for yourself. We would love to grow our crossfit family. :-)

When I started coming to this gym, I had very little understanding of weight training. The coaches were extremely helpful and patient while teaching me. Also the environment is super fun and friendly. It is an awesome place to go to.

I joined CrossFit almost 2 years ago overweight, in those 2 years all the coaches have worked with me modifying my workouts. I couldn't ask for a better environment, we're a family that motivates and supports each other
