I haven't been inside but I've watched Through the Windows but a couple of times and it seems that they are very well equipped and lots of people enjoy this place he might just go and check it out perhaps they'll even have a free trial. For you so you can see if you really is your thing good luck

I love the comradery of the women there, and the fact that I don't have to hear men working out and grunting all the time! Women are so much less "in your face" about their workout routines.
