They wanna charge you extra for everything, including a darn towel! The place is dirty, smelly and the pools are filthy. Handicap access is absolutely horrible!

The club is decent. I joined and added classes to my membership and was told that I could cancel that extra service anytime. When I went to do so, I was told that they didn't offer the non-class membership anymore and I'd have to keep paying the extra amount, even though I never took the classes. I let my membership lapse as soon as my commitment was over.

The facility has a lot to offer, but it also seems to be missing some things that I thought were standard in a gym, like a hyperextention bench. The pool could be cleaner, too. There's always seems to be grime on the bottom of the pool in the lanes closest to the walls. I've only taken one yoga class here, but it was a bit confusing in terms of flow, so I wouldn't make this place my first choice for yoga. Heidi seems to direct you to inhale and exhale at odd intervals, and it really messes up my practice. I haven't attended any other classes, so I can't really say anything one way or another about them. Finally, their hours are a bit annoying on Fridays. I have a job with standard office hours, and closing at 8pm is a bit early if I want to get some swimming done.

Best gym in Salem. All the coaches and front desk employees are super friendly, even knows us by our names. Great classes and they really do care bout you. I've been to many many gyms and this one is the best!

Did the $20 in 20 trial. This gym has potential, nice facility, nice spin class. However the staff? Not so good. Not once did i see them cleaning. They stock the towels and that's about it. I went to the front counter to ask a question and they were just hanging out talking with friends and did not even acknowledge me. When asking about fee's I was given two different answers. And the web site had yet a third. Your staff should know the pricing. The contract is vague, allowing them to bill you what ever they want basically. If you changed a few things I would consider it but not like this

This place is always adapting to the newest desires of the fitness world. They have excellent personal trainers and fitness coaches. They are also one of the very few premier spots to play racquetball!

This gym was everything me and my boyfriend were looking for. We did the $20 trial month to make sure it was worth it. Sadly, once our month was up they had changed their membership plans and removed the $40 leaving only a $62 option which is way out of our price range (there is also an additional $50 starting fee). In addition to all of this, one of the membership staff offered a special deal for my boyfriend and later when he returned to set it up the staff member “changed their mind”. I’m very disappointed that this gym removed their affordable option and then lied about working on something more reasonable. Overall, they lost 2 customers due to their unreasonable prices.
