We were visit some friends of mine, and I love to work out, and so I was looking at my phone to see if I could get a training session in, and Chris was exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me some things to take home with me that have truly changed my whole physique. Great company. Great friends! Great people! Highly Recommend!
