This is NOT like most gyms! Very relaxed place to work out and not intimidating whatsoever. Tons of regular folks (even lots of old ones) in all shapes and sizes. Great equipment as well.

The old man named "mike" who works here should be fired. He is the rudest customer service rep/worker in a gym setting i have ever come across, not to mention creepy, he stares at people, stared at me forever. on top of that he kept putting away my weights, as well as other peoples' weights i noticed, WHILE WE WERE USING THEM. He wiped down my treadmill while i was running on it. This was all two hours before the gym was even supposed to close. Either some more eduction is needed or he should be kicked to the curb! this is not the kind of customer service ANYONE should receive. not impressed.

Go to Kathy's HIIT class on Monday and Wednesday at 5:30! She is an awesome trainer and you get amazing results! Good energy in the class that makes you push yourself!

Great helpful staff with comprehensive facility including all the standard workout machines, weights (free and machines), pool & sauna, and my favorite part: large gym which is often spilt into larger and smaller parts. Schedules for gym use and classes are always available at the front desk, rates are great for all the access. They even were really good about securely storing my personal portable speaker when I accidentally left it there once.
