Had a great workout there, gym was very clean and well equipped, trainer was enthusiastic and friendly. I was primed to join then the other glove dropped. In order to get the $50 per month rate stated on their site, I had to prepay well over $700 to join. Their least expensive option was prepaying $283 for 3 months. There was no month to month payment option and no where on 9 Rounds site did it say it was pre-pay only. It felt underhanded and I'll never return even if I had that kind of disposable income.

Had a great first experience at this place. Was well instructed through each round with a knowledgable trainer guiding me through it all. Great motivated atmosphere. Got my membership, some new boxing gloves, and now I'm ready to work!

9Round is a great way to mix up your fitness routine. The challenges are new and different every day and the trainers are on hand pushing you toward your personal fitness goals!

I love what they have done with the workout. I have yet to see the same workout. Allan is a wonderful motivator and definitely knows what he is doing. I love the concern if you have any previous injuries etc and proper technique. The options of the different memberships are laid out right there in front of you to see. If there is confusion, simply ask, they are very clear about it! Thanks for getting me out of bed early!!! :)

Very negative experience - we are 3 families interested in having our 3 14 year old boys work out after school together. We called first asking if teenagers could join - and were told yes, and given specific pricing (1/2 off adult price). Brought kids in for free session which they enjoyed and wanted to sign up. We were again given 1/2 off pricing in person and told the trainer we'd be back to sign up. Returned 2 days later to be told that pricing only applies if their parents join too - or it's full price for the kids. Manager said that employee who gave pricing info had been there for 4 years and that it wouldn't be fair to current clients if they honored pricing we were told. Owner just parroted what manager told us via email with no apology or explanation. Seems like a business that either uses bait and switch tactics or has really poor communication among it's employees.

I blame the franchise! Use to love 9 round. I was a member almost 2 years .They only gave us 2 weeks notice when they shut down the gym. Although they ask members that they have to give 30 day notice Before cancelling membership and if not , you’ll still be charged full amount! The communication is horrible! Just be aware you’ll be charged for every little thing along with the membership fee! They require wraps, gloves and it has to be 9 round logo on it. I walked in with my own gloves and wraps and the owner said I could not have them in the gym unless they had 9 round logo on it, again another expense! Honestly I loved all the trainers and the work out but with management , the franchise ,and lack of communication, made it really frustrating! It shouldn’t have to be this way. I do blam the franchise. The franchise made it difficult for the owners! Super sad this was an amazing work out for me , until the FRANCHISE started their strict regulation and rules! Good luck !
