Great gym and location. Equipment is pretty good, gets the job done. I have two complaints: 1) The "locker" room doesn't seem to get any AC/cooling just a fan blowing hot air around... After you shower you get hot and sweaty again. 2) One of the owners took my gym bag out of the "locker" room since I didn't put it in a locker outside of the "locker" room but didn't tell me so I panicked when I went to change clothes and my bag was missing. Not cool.

Great location and equipment. The, showers and bathrooms are rough! No AC in the men's bathroom which is terrible after a workout. Other than that the place is great!

Clean, good equipment, best staff in town, no rules really, love it here. Just wish there were towels and a sauna, but other then that it's my all time favorite

I mainly visit this studio as a student at the yoga studio upstairs. It looks like the equipment is nice and the staff has always been friendly to me. There is also a room upstairs where I hear them holding spin classes, etc. I do want to mention the set-up of the girls bathroom. There are only two showers and they do not seem to get cleaned as often as I would like. There is often hair collected on the bottom of the shower (and I'm there in the early morning). In addition, there is only one plug available to be used for hair dryers, etc. So overall, I believe the facility is great for working out, but if you are planning on getting ready for work you may just be a little prepared to have to wait your turn in the bathroom.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I wanted to check the place out, but they wouldn’t honor their complimentary first visit offer due to my lack of a local ID. I live in OKC but am active duty military, and therefore I don’t change my driver’s license every time I move every few years. Very frustrating and the customer service was awful as I tried to explain my extenuating circumstances.

Great gym if you're not into big gyms like LA fitness and want to focus on bodybuilding at a smaller, local location. Also has all the machines and weight you'll need, without all the extra treadmills.

The owner is an awesome guy, but some of his front desk people talk about customers and guests. I saw and heard it all the time. Also, some of the trainers act like they are god like. Too much arrogance. I couldn’t handle it and had to leave.

This place is not "open" 24 hours... It's members can use the gym at any time but the front desk strangely is not staffed outside of certain hours... Someone let me in, and when I asked the "staff" member (who I think was a coach), I was told I couldn't sign a waiver or pay or do anything, and to come back at another time. No thanks.

This place is ridiculous!!! For almost 2 months I've been trying to use my key fob on the door to workout at 4am. The key gob NEVER works. I have repeatedly told the front desk about my problem and it has not been fixed. I signed up to this gym because of the 24 hr access. This place is not 24 hr access!!! I left a message for someone to call me back. I really hope the owner cares enough to fix this issue otherwise I want out of my year contract without penalties because this place is a joke. I do not recommend this place!!! Update: they took a few days to contact me but my problem was solved. I will be giving this place another try because we all fall short of being perfect. Thank you four star.

I travel to a different city every week for work. This place was perfect, has all the equipment you’d need and they are in great condition. 10$ for a day if you are just in for a day or two isn’t bad at all. I’m used to paying 6$ to park at some gyms.

Absolutely love this gym. I started out on the May location and came to the downtown location when it opened due to it being closer to where I live. The staff is alway helpful, the facility spotless, and the management is constantly upgrading to make the place even better. I've been coming here for 3 years and if not for me moving out of state I would be staying at this gym. Going to miss my Four Star family.

Open 24/7. The owners are great people. You don't feel like you are competing against people. It's also not that crowded either.

So this gym isn't terrible but I don't think it's worth the price tag. I was told when I signed up that during the evenings after work (my usual work out time) that there would be anywhere from 10-15 people using the facilities. This couldn't be further from the truth. There are easily 30+ people packed into this very small sized gym every day after work. The gym doesn't have towels, which I learned the hard way after trying to shower after a workout on my lunch break. The equipment is decent, but I would expect that out of any gym. The only difference here is that the equipment is slammed together since there is a limited amount of space. However, there is a nice blend of age groups. In conclusion, I am not a fan of waiting for equipment or the size of the facility, so I would advise to keep looking unless you live relatively close.

I signed up the other day and had wonderful service from Josh at the front desk. He walked me through the gym, he explained some of the machines and equipment and was very thorough on explaining my contract and everything that came with my membership. The gym is perfect for what I've been looking for. I'm looking forward to sticking around with them for a long time.

Gym equipment- 3 of 5 stars Lifting equipment was decent. They use hoist machines, which I prefer. Free weights go up to 100 from what I saw. 3 of the cardio machines where not working and also the remaining seem to be very warn. There cardio area is smaller compared to other gyms. Customer Service- 1 out of 5 stars Was promised waived sign up fees by Josh that wasn't honored. Pretty sure the owner or manager was standing next to him but didn't chime in. Josh admitted to miss understanding the owner but still. The horrible thing is we had confirmed the deal on the phone and then didn't tell me until I arrived. Overall There is plenty of other gyms in town that I would consider a better option. The Y is 25 roughly a month with same equipment standards. Golds gym is the same cost as 4star with better managed equipment. They will also be up front about their fees and golds gym had the same incident but the manager honored the waived fees. (based on golds gym on 23rd) Note for the Owner/Management Bait and Switch- the action (generally illegal) of advertising goods which are an apparent bargain, with the intention of substituting inferior or more expensive goods. "a bait-and-switch scheme" Josh should have got you involved or you should have stepped in and owned it. Also fix your cardio equipment. That's been that way for a while from what your current customers have said. The small things make a difference.

Fantastic space with great equipment, excellent staff and even better trainers. I would highly recommend fitness center to anyone trying to get fit and healthy or even just trying to stay that way.

Small gym with limited equipment. If you prioritize working out and like to workout in a positive atmosphere, this is not the place. Horrible customer service.
