Way to expensive for what it is. You could buy the weights in 2 months for what a membership costs. You could just watch a youtube video and probably learn better form than getting a personal trainer.

Dropped in recently while in town for work. Ginny was great to work with, very welcoming and helpful. Really good box and everyone I met was very welcoming. Will definitely visit again!

The best place to exercise in OKC. Great teachers. Always encouraging. 5th year here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tracy and I have gone every week. What a transformation in ourselves. Always fun always hard. Come here and you will never regret it.
