I have attended this gym for years. I lost 50lbs by utilizing the classes offered here. My absolute favorite class is Jamie’s Zumba class on Mondays and Wednesday’s. I started with her class twice a week and because of how simple and fun it was and Jamie’s genuine interest and investment in her students I kept coming back. I love this gym, the classes, and the daycare.

I really like the 10gym in MWC. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great equipment to use. The only thing I don't like, is that it's too popular now. I'm glad that they are successful and making $$$. However, it's too busy in there most of the times that are convenient for me to workout. I have to go late in the evening or early in the morning to avoid the crowd. It's getting to be too many people in there.

Overall, a good place to workout. The trainer are helpful and the hours are reasonable. It can get a bit crowded between 4pm and 8pm during the weekday.

I enjoy the experience at 10 gym. All the staff is very friendly. There have been a few times that I have experienced equipment problems, and they have been resolved in an acceptable time frame. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Amy at the front desk is always especially friendly, even at 6am when I'm not completely awake!

Be cautious!!! After your contract is done they will keep taking money out of your account! They don't care that your contract is over, they don't discuss it with you either that they will keep pulling money out of your account after your contract is up. Even after you cancel they still take a few more payments from you for a cancellation fee even though your contract is done!!! They could really care less about you! This gym is a joke!!!!!! I wish someone could have warned me prior because I would have never signed a contract with them if I knew they would still keep taking money after it was up!

I really love this gym. I get there anywhere from 4-5am every weekday. I love it, love the staff, love the equipment. Started going there a little over 3 years ago, went almost every day for a year & then life got crazy & I fell out of habit. Started back, about 2 months ago & still love it. The ONLY negative thing I would have to say is that the tanning beds, kinda suck. BUT, I don't go to the gym, to tan.. I go to workout.

This is a Really dirty facility and I was shocked at the lack of customer service or help from any of the employees. They all acted like they would rather be somewhere else. The equipment was also in disrepair lots of updates needed.

The gym, itself, is a nice place. Equipment is nice and well maintained. The sauna is nice to steam in for awhile after a solid workout. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Now, to the bad side. Whereas they DO advertise that they are open 24/5, this is not true. They are actually open 24/3, those 3 being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Fridays they close at 10pm, Sat/Sun at 8pm, and Monday, they don't open until 5am. There's 4 out of 7 that they are NOT open 24 hours. Next, the $20/month dues are fine...very fair for the access you receive...ALL metro locations, group fitness, zumba (if that's your gig), tanning beds, and the ability to bring a guest to work out with. $20 is actually most excellent. The "downside" again...you get extorted to pay $40 at the end of your second month as "insurance" that your $20 a month won't change. Sounds a lot like the mafia getting "protection money" to me. Lastly, they say "no contracts" in their commercials. Instead, they have a 1 year "agreement" you have to sign up for that they don't mention until you're there signing up. Now, I'm no attorney. If I were, I'd better know the legal ins and outs and might just litigate instead of writing a review. To the best of my knowledge though, the definition of a "contract" was an "agreement" of identical fashion reached by two or more parties. If that is a correct definition, then isn't their "agreement" really just a sneaky way of having you sign a "contract"? Again, Let me re-iterate here. I am VERY pleased with the gym itself and the staff I have met there, at more than one location (though NW Expressway could use some modernization). It's the corporate side I have an issue with. That's why they drop from 5 stars, overall, to 3.

Well maintained equipment, clean facility. BUT .... a big disappointment ... THEY CHOSE TO REMOVE AND NOT DISPLAY OUR AMERICAN FLAG. After being contacted by the corporate office, I was informed that "old glory" was removed to allow for painting of the facility and in no way was it intended to be a disrespectful jester against the USA. I was assured that 10 Gym supported and respected American vets and the USA. After this conversation I would like to give the maximum stars for this facility. They are doing a great job! KUDOS!

I've been coming to this gym for almost 2 years and never had a bad experience. The manager, Megan, always has a great and positive attitude. No matter what time of the day she always has a smile and warm greeting. The entire staff does as well but she seems to be more personable. I'll definitely keep my membership here!

This is my favorite of the 10gyms, however I'm sad to hear that Amy is leaving MWC! She is by far an excellent asset to the staff and will definitely be missed! This gym needs to update more of its equipment though, I feel as if this gym gets left behind the Norman, Southside, Edmond and all Tulsa gyms because of the area it is in. I have been coming to this gym since 2008 and haven't seen much change with equipment while visiting all other gyms with better stuff. But like I said this is my favorite of the 10gyms because of the atmosphere of people that workout here. Any will be missed at this gym

A great place to work out! I had never been to a gym before and didn't know where to start our what to do. The employees at the gym and of Lighthouse Fitness, the company that contracts for personal training, were great at helping me. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the classes too! I had a small issue with Lighthouse Fitness and 10Gym and Lighthouse Fitness both worked with me to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. They really do value their clients! I highly recommend the gym and the personal training wth Lighthouse Fitness!

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new “home away from home” and looked into local gyms. Found this place and was immediately attracted to the pricing and location. I can workout, shower, change, grab gas and/or coffee half a block down then get right on the highway. Location is key and this place has it. I’d also like to note that the cleanliness is on friggin point! I’m constantly observing staff routinely cleaning and wiping down equipment and bathroom areas. Very comforting. Never once have I walked in or out without being greeted or goodbyed nor have I witnessed other members be treated differently. I’ve witnessed a member get edgey with a staff member and was “wowed” with the professional response and emotional control towards the disgruntled member. Join this gym, get buff, ripped, toned, able to fit into that dress, etc., what have you. FYI, Monday’s are chest days and Fridays are arm days so good luck!

I’ve been to nearly every gym in Oklahoma and 10 gym is by far my favorite. The best price by far. The friendliest staff of any gym. An the cleanest gym I’ve ever been too. The machines an cardio equipment are literally wiped down everyday. Sweeping an mopping 2-3 times a day. Good music. Always smells good. Always a staff member 24 hours through the week. I’m training for a show right now. I could train at any gym in the metro or mwc. I choose 10 gym.

I've been regularly going to10GYM after work for about 4 months now. I usually go to the Midwest City location after work, and the other locations at other times. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The machines and weights are all in good shape. They even recently updated some equipment at the Midwest City location. The staff is excellent, attentive, and friendly. I always feel respected and welcome. The other regular customers are also friendly and work together to share equipment. Really nice gym.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the corporate office and everything was fixed, and I was refunded. Also, I won't be charged again. They did what they could to make it right and were polite. Most of the time the gym was good, the problem was when I attempted to cancel. I first tried to cancel 3 months ago, and was told everything was done. (I am outside of my 1 year signed agreement, so I'm paying month to month) I got charged for another month, made more attempts to cancel. I was cbarged the next month, and was again told everyrhing was done. This month i was charged again. (3 months after attempted cancellation) Was told I would be charged for another month and there was nothing I could do about it, or get refunded. And on top of that, they now say I am within 30 days of the annual fee, and will be charged an additional $50. The customer care staff has been rude and in helpful. All if this is in addition to the fact I moved over a year ago and paid out my contract with no complaints. I honored my end, now the have charged me almost $200 after my attempt to cancel. We'll see What happens next month. It will probably be the same as the last 3 and I'll post another review

I checked out two other gyms plus this gym to see where I wanted to sign up. Personally this is a really straight forward gym with hardly any unnecessary fluffy stuff (stuff most people won't use), a wonderful, knowledgeable, and supportive staff, and in house personal trainers that love to help people. This place has a nice amount of cardio equipment in the middle of the gym, and then on the sides are tons of different strength training equipment and free weights of a wide range of weights. The locker rooms are always clean and odor free, and there are even dry saunas in the locker rooms. In the front of the gym there are rooms with tanning beds, and a group fitness class area to the right of the gym in the front. I made this place my gym home and have loved it even more after signing up and working out in it. It's also the cheapest option around but in my opinion it is the best gym in the Mid-Del area.

I love 10 gym it's clean and nice and when I'm there the girl at the front desk is always nice. My son goes to the little daycare thing there and they seem nice. I did hear one of the girls raise her voice at a child. That upset me but my son is never in there when that girl is in there. I absolutely love the place other then that. I don't mind paying the 20 a month. I think its reasonable. :)

Ppl are just standing at or sitting on equipment and you ask if they are done they look at you like you are crazy to ask the staff is awesome and very nice but I would suggest adding on to the building and putting in more free weights and bench press

I really love this gym. The staff and all of the machinery are excellent. But there is one thing that irritates me the most. I go to 10 gym at all times of the day and I see the same groups of guys that put all of their clothing, towels, bottles, and bags on the equipment and use 4-5 machines at once and think it's their own personal gym, isn't that why there's a locker room? I've waited 30 minutes several times just to use one machine from the same people, I don't know if they're trying to be intimidating or what and I know they don't even compare to me.. my point being is that there should be signs or something that states this isn't a personal gym and to at least limit the use of equipment for other people to use. Otherwise, this is an excellent gym to go to!!

Great gym! Always clean and has Everything you need for any kind of workout. Large free weight area, weight machines, bikes, rowers, ellipticals, stairs. Treadmills each have their own TV's. Clean restrooms/lockeroom. Offers fitness classes and yoga. Free tanning for preferred members and onsite child care. If you are looking for a great gym at a great price definitely check it out!

Was very hesitant about paying for a gym membership. However, after doing much research, their membership paired with childcare was the cheapest. I was also worried about leaving my 18 month with strangers, but after asking other moms, the ladies in the nursery were highly recommended. I'm very particular about who I leave my baby with and Sarah and Van are AMAZING. I've never questioned whether they genuinely care for the kids. Totally trust them. Katie at the front desk, Gustavo and Zack, and all the trainers there are uber friendly, with me and my baby :) I always feel welcome and they are always kind and friendly. I've been to gyms where some staff are on their fitness high horse, but this gym is not that place. I also love that there is a whole spectrum of people training and working out. From the beginners like myself, to the seasoned athletes. From the young crowd all the way to the more "mature" generation ;)

He makes me uncomfortable and if you ask him a question he never knows and when you bring up the fact that's he is the manager he'll say he works for lighthouse not for the gym. Everyone has been great. They have the equipment for a great workout. My only complaint is that it smells pretty strongly of body odor, and many pieces of the equipment are dirty. I think if the equipment was cleaned more often it would also solve the strong odor issue.

I like the layout of the gym- everything is easily accessible and it is easy to go between machines when hitting specific muscle groups. The weekend staff is always friendly and helpful. I wouldnt say the gym is slow but it is not overcrowded which is a big key factor for me.

I heard their $10/no commitment ad on the radio, and decided I should go sign up. Guess what? It's misleading!!! I sat down and read the fine print, and found that I still need to sign a contract and give them my bank account information. So to cancel, you have to jump all these hoops and count your stars if they stop charging your bank account. No, thanks!

The best part of going to 10 Gym in MWC is Rhonda and her classes. I've been to both her power pump and her step classes. You'll break a healthy sweat in both, and it's great for all ages and health categories!

UPDATE: The main office contacted me and took care of it. I still feel people should be well informed about what they get into. These people are liars! First they tell you your not in a contract and when you give them permission to take money out of your account, they transpose your signature onto a contract! They also have very bad trainers that overworked me so much I ended up in the doctors office. They never handed me any paperwork and now I have ABC financial calling me for payments when if I was told I was not in a contract then why are they calling me! Now they tell me I have to give 30 day notice? Wth? Be aware people! Be very aware!

Normally i would say that this is a good gym but when its 5:26 am on a monday morning and opening is a 5 but workers are late so the parking lot has 20 cars in it waiting and 8 have already pulled away... Good way to loose business..

Classes are excellent! Yoga instructors (Pam and Margie), Power Pump instructor (Rhonda), and Bootcamp instructor (Jamie) are all excellent. They really care about their students. Staff is also friendly and always greet you when you arrive. I'm really hoping 10GYM will restart their 10 a.m. Tue and Thur. morning classes that they discontinued for the summer. Pilates would be a good choice for this slot.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT! As a fitness repair tech I work on equipment in almost every gym in the state. I am proud to call this my home gym. The staff does a great job at maintaining a clean and friendly environment. It's a great feeling when you walk in and the staff knows you by name.

I love going to 10 Gym in Midwest City. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I am a heavy set lady and I don't ever feel ashamed or embarrassed going in the gym. Everyone is very encouraging. In addition I also have a trainer there. His name is Kevin and he is awesome.

One of my favorite things about this gym is how clean it is. I've never seen a staff try so hard to maintain a clean gym. I can't remember a time I've been in and didn't see someone cleaning something. In addition to hygiene the staff is kind and always greets you with a smile. And yeah. The work out equipment is great too. But any place can have equipment. The customer service experience is another thing. And this place nails it.

Update: today 10 gym corporate office called me. I was given a free month to compensate for my inconvenience. I do thank you corprate for their consideration. And greatful for something rather than nothing. Theyy said they would review the camera situation again, but feel it wasn't a good thing to have in the past due to not being able to see pictures very clear. I was real unhappy to find out the security cameras on the parking lot do not work!! Front row parking and my car and another person had window busted out and someone took our belongings.. Would like my car to be safe while working out.. was only in the gym an hour.
