I'm only in town for a short time but I could not be happier that I found this gym so I could lift while I'm here. It has everything I need and the owner is an awesome guy who went out of his way to get me set for the rest of the month. If I lived anywhere near here, I would be a full time member and I would definitely be getting some coaching. This gym feels like a super legit garage setup that you and your buddies would have to powerlifting. I love it.

If you want to work out in an environment that not only teaches you, but pushes you to be better, this is the place for you. Eian and his crew go above and beyond. Breaking down movements, nutrition, and various methods to train depending on your goals. They truly want to help each person that comes through that door. Be careful though, once you lift there, you'll never want to lift anywhere else. They make you feel like family and my only complaint is that I dont live in New Philly.
