I ordered a couple shirts and was super excited to receive them. Received a package from Rogue and it contained two pairs of wrist wraps and a pair of knee sleeves. Someone mixed up the packing slips so I got the wrong items. I called Rogue and they said they would correct it and ship my shirts expeditiously. They later went on to say that they sold out of the shirt that I ordered and didn’t know when they would have it back in stock. Because someone in the supply chain paid no attention to detail, I have stuff I don’t need, and I don’t have the shirt that I ordered. A shirt that I ordered right away once they dropped because I knew they would sell out. The company couldn’t do anything about it but refund my money. Got my hopes up and wasted my time. Thanks!

It's extremely unfortunate that my husband really likes the men's fitness clothing from this brand. I have tried quite a few pieces from the women's side and its cheap, poorly made, and would never buy again. They have some of the worst customer service I have experienced in any online ordering. Not responsive to emails, charging incorrect amounts and also acting like their poor shipping (delays) are somehow my fault. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company. Customer service is so important, especially in a world where there is a LOT of competition, so if you like a different brand, buy that instead.

Awesome equipment the store has everything you need BUT you walk in and...... meh it's dead in there. They need to add some background music and throw a few TV's on the wall (maybe showing some previous games). It's just so quiet in there which makes the atmosphere wierd. They have the $ might as well make the customer shopping experience a little better

Ordered a 32kg kettlebell and got it 3 days later. The KB is fantastic, more than I expected. Rogue is fast and produces quality for a reasonable price. I will buy my next KB from Rogue without hesitation.

Just ordered a custom monkey bar rig with Jordan who was very helpful (and patient with all my changes) throughout the process. They could have easily upsold me on what i was asking for but they warned me about possible safety concerns with what i wanted. My only knock would be not getting the free shipping on the rig when there's free shipping on the standard rigs right now.

Be careful of the "free shipping" offer. I ordered $6700.00 worth of equipment but did not "qualify" for the free shipping because my items were shipping from 2 different locations (not in my control). The shipping added up and customer service was not willing to negotiate it thus I will not be shopping here anymore.

It is a horrible company that treats it employees with disrespect. They could not provide medical treatment to an employee because they did not have a first aid kit. The rules that are there is a dictatorship that don't allow employees individuality. I would provide negative opinion to any gym that asks about them. I will not support their company at any opportunity.

I bought an Ohio Bar 18 months ago that is now rusting, despite being cleaned and properly stored after each use. The bar rips into your hands with metal shards. They refuse to exchange it, saying the "oxidation" (aka rust) is enhancing and that the rust does not impact its functionality. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - THIS IS OVERPRICED TRASH.

Today was the last straw. I have spent well over 10 grand with Rogue... maybe closer to 15 grand. There customer service has progressively gotten worse and worse. My last 2 orders I have had shipping issues with them. Not like a couple days either like weeks and even months to get my gear. Not a huge deal to be honest but I was about to out in another order today and asked if they could please comp my shipping in some way because my last 2 orders got jacked. They said no and that there was nothing they could help me with. That's some bullsh**. From a company that has made thousands off me and they cant even make good and what THEY messed up on. I'll be taking my money elsewhere from here on out.

I've bought quite a few shirts and all of them have shrunk when washed in cold water then hung to dry which is ridiculous. I thought the first couple were anomalies but nope, all of them.

I placed an order just before Memorial Day weekend. 5.11 vest with weighted plates, grips and tape. I never received my package. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, due to the timing, I wanted to make sure I got my gear in time for The Murph so I was forced to buy it in person elsewhere with slightly higher price. Rogue Fitness was understanding and returned my money. I will definitely order again from them and highly recommend you look here before making a purchase elsewhere.

Check this out I pay for some gear and I paid shipping for some stupid reason the ups driver did not leave it at my house. I did not request a signature to leave the package! I call rogue fitness and they just said it’s out of there control. Worst customer services ever! Last time I ever buy some thing from this company!

Ordered a pair of squat shoes on the evening of Friday, March 1st. Estimated delivery date of Wednesday, March 6th. I am writing this review on March 7th - with no shoes in hand. Their tracking info shows that the label was created on March 1st and nothing else has been done since. I contacted them through their Live Chat option on their website on March 6th (expected delivery date) and was told that they would be shipped out first thing on March 7th. 3:30pm on March 7th and we are still in the exact same place. Contacted them again through the Live Chat and was told that there could be an inventory issue and was told to email them. I decided to call and spoke with a very polite customer service rep. He was apologetic and said he would try to track them down and get them sent to me via overnight mail. Still waiting on the updated e-mail on that end to find out what in the world is going on. They did send me a $20 coupon code to use on future purchases. It was a really nice gesture - but being that this was the first order I have ever placed with them, I can't say I am motivated to order anything else until this is resolved. I would recommend checking out Elitefts - have had much better luck with them on other orders. My experience with Rogue may be outside of the typical customer experience and they were nice enough to offer to expedite shipping and provided a $20 coupon code which is why I went with 2 stars rather than 1. Will try to update this post whenever everything is resolved so future customers have the full story.

Ordered first rack, shipment got lost, 80 percent of the items were damaged and not all from shipping... So they said the stainless rack wont have the defects in the numbers or scratches, and be flawless. Ordered another rack (no shipping problems this time)- same problems with the stainless rack. 7,000$. After waiting 3 months, 4 PTO days to be here for arrival and building of the rack. Poor quality control paying top dollar for this? Here is email from I guess the highest you can talk to? Went to hop on to Rogue Fitness to check out some gear and Google popped up their reviews and rating. I honestly had to double check I typed in the correct business name because I was so shocked. I will not discredit any of the negative reviews left because I have no reason to believe these people arent telling the truth of their experiences, but the comments left blow me away compared to my experience. I have had multiple orders with Rogue over the years and experienced next to no issues. The single time I recall I had an issue they not only rectified it, but went above and beyond what was required and what I had asked for. No they are not the cheapest, and I am ok with that. The selection of products, the quality of products, the R&D, the support to the community, and the support and customer service they have given me over the years puts them as an A+ in my book.

Every time I have ordered from Rogue I have had a great experience. Everything I have ordered has met or surpassed expectations. I have also had to return a few items that were not the right size. Again, excellent customer service. I will continue to use them for all my home gym needs.

This is what happens when you get Americans to handle manufacturing: Defective quality control issues, missing parts, slow customer service. I ordered a custom RM 6 and J, missing screws and defective paint job. They import everything from China and do to custom paint job in the USA. I am ashamed as an American of their work: The reason why manufacturing in the US left in the first place.

I ordered these Women's joggers. I wore them ONE TIME and the material balled up completely in between my legs. The material in that area wore down so much, I am unable to wear them in public. I contacted customer service and they said "Sorry, nothing we can do. Wash them inside out." I never got the chance to wash them! I will not buy any product from Rogue again. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post with no stars.
