A great place to get the job done! OSG is a rugged atmosphere with the usual and some unusual equipment. They don't mind if you have to yell while lifting heavy.

We started going here because it's less than a mile from our house. But after being members for over 2 years and active members for 6 months, I can honestly say this gym is perfect for me. I've been to most big name franchise gyms you can think of and they might have eucalyptus steam rooms but they don't have soul. Not like old school. The co owner of the gym has some amazing workout programs available that I have had tremendous results with. If you're ready to get serious about your fitness and want access to all the tools you'll need, then go to this gym.

They have a real nice facility. The day passes are kind of ridiculous but the monthly isn't too bad. My favorite part is the padded room they call the "war room". I think the owners are famous or something too.

I just started coming here and the atmosphere is awesome! I work out at 4AM and sometimes at 9AM. I have made many friends and love how positive all the members are. Everyone is so friendly and I wouldn’t change anything. I am so happy everyone accepted me into the Old School Gym family!

I have been training at OSG for about a year now, after discovering the gym through Cory and Dustin’s instagram posts. The culture is unique to OSG only. You can go anywhere and find a bench or a squat rack but it’s only at OSG where you can find the sort of atmosphere that inspires such intense work ethic. I would absolutely recommend Old School Gym to anyone who is looking to take their training to the next level. There isn’t any feeling like the one you get after PR-ing with the most hard nosed crew around in your face, pushing you to your limits. It’s truly something special.
