If there were 6 stars, I'd give it to this place. My son (8y/o) absolutely loves ANW and we heard about the movement lab and knew we had have is birthday party here. It did not disappoint...if anything it exceeded expectations. Not only did the kids have an absolute blast, the adults did as well! The 2 staff members that ran the party were great with the kids and tremendous explaining the rules and keeping them safe. Adults: wear you workout gear and come prepared to have some fun! You won't be disappointed. Word of advice, you get 30 min in party room after the gym, so don't plan major food or anything after...cake/gifts only so you aren't rushed. They give you a FULL 90 min in the gym which is awesome!! Most places it's only 60.

I take my 3 children here regularly. My experience overall has been great. The instructors enjoy ANW and it shows. With that the children get excited. I’m excited to see what is new coming. I’m hoping for move times and opportunities for my kids to practices and get stronger.

My 6 yo goes there and it is awesome! All the coaches love helping the kids achieve their ninja warrior skills. They also learn discipline and how to listen/ respect authority. My son gets ton of exercise while having fun and making friends.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very engaging. Just the right amount of space for kids to learn climbing skills and have fun. Safety first. Highly recommended. Update: held our sons birthday party here. 5 star experience! The kids had a blast! The staff did an outstanding job in keeping everyone moving and having fun!

This place is great for kids, my kids are obsessed with American ninja warrior! One suggestion is to recommend parents supervise this children. Every time we have been there the majority of the kids there for open gym are rude and disrespectful to the other kids and even to the employees. I seriously dread coming here for an hour because of the other kids, and the parents are no where to be found. Otherwise a great place that is not like any other!

Great value for a birthday party and my boys loved it! The birthday child gets a month pass and the 9 guests also got 1 week passes on top of 90 minutes for the party! Cody was a great trainer for them!

We love Movement Lab! My son has participated in competitions, day camps, and most recently, we hosted a birthday party there. The staff of trainers are so amazing with the kids!! They focus on fun and positivity while teaching the kids the proper techniques to be successful on their awesome ninja course! Well worth the time and money!

Would be great on it's own, however the party packages are over priced and provide no spaces for adults who may not be participating. Shoving 2 chairs on the side is not enough. Staff was friendly, even though our party was overbooked and was subsequently moved.

Good time, id say its best for ages 10 to adults. Something different. No clue on costs. Attended boys birthday party. Had room for eating or cake. Do the waiver ahead of time, or tell your party goers to knock it out before coming. Place is a little hard to spot.

My kiddo celebrated his 8th birthday here yesterday with all of his buddies. The party was fantastic!! Very physical, very fun -- I'm sure they all slept well. We were even blessed with a bonus after being the last party on a Sunday … a certain Ninja Warrior herself stopped by!!

My friends and I tried the OCR class on Wednesday. We are older and don't aspire to be Ninja Warriors. Regardless it was a great workout and more fun that just going to a normal gym.

Great Party! The kids had a great time and really got into trying some of the challenging aspects of the courses. They were constantly in motion for about 90 minutes. The staff was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed about the set-up or tear down of the party.

A GREAT place to train. The instructors actually can see an increase in muscles after you train here for a while. Definitely the place to be to be ready for Ninja Warrior.

Michelle is a great coach and trainer! She'll push you hard but always remind you to stay within your limits. The gym has some pretty cool obstacles! If you want to be a ninja warrior, this is the place to go!

We had a family reunion last weekend and spent Sunday at Movement Lab Ohio with Jesse Wildman. All of the kids, both younger and older, had the best time being ninjas. Jesse was very helpful, patient and an amazing athlete. We actually had 4 people sign the 14' wall and 1 sign the 12' wall. That made their day!! There wasn't an obstacle we wanted to try that wasn't there. We will most definitely be going back :):)
