Seems like a cool group of people working out but NO TOWELS in the locker rooms!! I came to workout and shower before heading to the airport but am currently in an Uber to the Lifetime Fitness up the road to take a freaking shower. Awful customer service from the girl at the desk who smirked at me and said you have to bring your own towel. See ya never.

I am sorry but I go to the Hilliard branch and I have to say for the money I pay in personal training and membership Hilliard is so much better. Reynoldsburg has too many loose weights, broken equipment, their sauna is ridiculous, and when lifting I couldn't find half the weights I needed! Nothing was in the right place, I had to repack the barbell tree because nothing was in the right slot! So honestly, go to the Hilliard kocation. Much nicer!

The quick Look: Similar pricing as Planet Fitness without the BS of the buzzers or weird look if you use the equipment how it is meant to be used. However, the equipment is older, and the gym isn't nearly as clean as comparable gyms. The people on average are all pretty nice and the staff are all typical gym staff. The other details: Pricing is $10 a month for a single person and only good at your home gym. $20 for a membership that lets you bring a guest and travel to other gyms. Going during rush hour you will come into a fairly active gym, but not as packed as I’ve seen when I was with Planet Fitness or LA Fitness. I generally go around 8pm and you don’t have to wait long if at all for a particular piece of equipment. I have yet to take part in any of their classes but they seem to be limited in their time frames available so if you have an abnormal schedule this may not be for you. The Locker rooms can be a bit, well, dirty on the men’s side. Overall this place could use a bit more maintenance and care, but you get what you pay for and mostly I’m OK with it.

Just read the fine print when you enrolled, base is 10.00 a month. Enrollment fee 39.00 plus they charge you 41.00 dollars a month after. So you are really paying 90.00 dollars within the first 60 days. Lots of people complaint about it. The staff don’t tell about the 41.00 when you sign in.

I like Crunch. Think of a planet fitness like environment but with free weights. Staff are always friendly and helpful and not once have I seen any dirty locker rooms or gym floors. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into shape or just lose a few pounds.

Two female employees (who I will not name in this review) Constantly harass me about verifying my membership even though I have been a member well over a YEAR!!! They have over charged my account on numerous occasions with no explanation or solution. Very disappointed.

I have been going to this gym since before it was Aussie fitness. I love all the new equipment and classes this gym now has to offer. Sometimes I cant choose what I want to do because I love them all! I do have to say Mims is an Amazing instructor and not only helps you get to your goals by kicking your butt, but he cares and helps you not give up! Zumba all I have to say is I love all my instructors thanks!!

Crunch absorbed my gym when it went out of business. I miss my old gym. Crunch is full of hoodie clowns who leave their phones and drinks scattered around the gym for you to trip over. Get ready for a double workout because no one racks their weights. The gym's cable stations are always in a state of disrepair. If you can only workout from 5:30-7:30pm be prepared for a wait to use the free weight stations. Management will stonewall you on any requests or recommendations. The stock response is always "we would have to get approval from corporate for that" followed by a blank stare. Stay away if you don't suffer fools well.

I am utterly disappointed in the way things are being handle with the zumba class.. You have one amazing instructor and she cannot help that... We come because we love the way she teaches.. I have been to the other instructor class as well but it's a waste of time personally .. I come to burn calories and to have my happy hour and Miss Jonika gives just that.. We love our music and for you to block the speakers it's just petty.. That is what we pay for.. It gives us motivation to give it are all... If this is not fix you can bet your bottom dollar i will cancel my membership.. It nonsense and very childess i must say..

Today somebody broke into the locker where I had my backpack with all my perteneces, I looked in all the lockers looking for my stuff and I didn't find It. I went to the front desk to report it and they only told me I have to call the police and make a report, because they couldn't do anything. Then one of the guys of the front desk went with me to the lockers room and my back pack was in one of the bathrooms. The person who opened the locker stole all the cash I had. I don't care the cash I had my keys and other important things I need every day to work. I think they should've had to do something else all this happened inside of their property.

So much potential, but still a lot to be fixed. The good: It is cheap $10-20 a month, not bad. A few staff people are excellent, Joel, Hunter, Calvin seems to really care. The Bad. All summer, seemed there was no air conditioning, often hotter inside than outside! Management did not seem to care. Often no paper towels in the machine, soap in the restroom, etc. Management does not care. The worst was that when I signed up I was promised five times a year I could bring a guest. Well, after a year I tried one time, and it was a hassle, and I was told that is not the case. I can deal with not bringing a guest, as it is not that crucial to me, but I hate feeling deceived to sign up. Even worse, when I mentioned this to the manager, she seemed to not care at all. Just because it is cheap, does not excuse poor customer service. Disappointed, to say the least!

Gym is filthy. Gym bags laying everywhere. No one puts their weights back. Often there are no paper towels. People yelling and screaming while they lift. Today there was a large open bag of potato chips laying next to one of the flat benches.

So in love with this gym!! I’ve been a member for just shy of a year. I admit I haven’t gone as much as I’ve needed to. Now with the new remodel, I can’t stay away! I’ve upgraded my member and was going to cancel my husbands and bring him as a guest. Well, that didn’t happen. They allowed him to cancel his membership but also said he could try the hydro massage chair this one time even though he was technically my guest and wasn’t supposed to. That SOLD us. We ended voiding the cancellation and upgrading his membership to peak as well. I was so happy with the great customer service that we received. The ladies up front have been nothing but fantastic and super welcoming. The remodel is amazing and the gym is super clean. I love that the carpet is gone and the gym floor is rubber. The amount of cardio equipment is unreal! Even when the gym is busy I still find there are plenty of machines available. I’m most happiest about the hit zone. Lots of CrossFit equipment AND brand new rowing machines!

Came in as a guest. Very crowded and not enough machines for everyone. Staff isn’t very knowledgeable and I was kicked off a machine by an employee even though there were four, this was the only ones of those machines in the building, and there were only TWO people that needed them. Overall rude and not friendly.

Is it great to go to gym has heavy bags but they have these metal poles way too close to both sides of the heavy bag the only got two small side you can be on and I've already broken my hands on one of those poles

They charged me yesterday 65 dollars so i called them and they said they charged me the annually fees And i look at my account today and they charged me an other 35 dollars when I called them they said from forever fitness what it is or even waves that is ridiculous im done I’m canceling my membership there and sticking with LA they have a great pricing for 25 dollars my wife an I together can go there which beats crunch now specially that they have swimming pool basket ball and you don’t have an annoying manager following you everywhere On top of that to tell you what you can and can’t do Like can’t take your shoes off when wrestling or kicking the bag If I can rate it as 0 stars I would of done that they are terrible you don’t want to sign up just go and ask LA about the rating they have that are competes with crunch it only 25 for my wife and I and I get sauna hot tub swimming basket ball tennis way more weight and they have heavy bags They never talk to you about taking of your shoes as your training

I've been going to this gym well over a year and it's very welcoming and clean. I do the group fitness classes. I like the variety available and everyone has the opportunity to modify to their fitness level. Mim's classes are always on fire and you WILL get results. When compared to other gyms and their class fees, Crunch Reynoldsburg offers great value. I highly recommend!

Horrible experience with daycare where my 6 yr old son told me that one of the employees was instigating fights between kids and actually took their phones out to record them. Told management about it and she basically told me I was lying. It wasn't until I actually allowed my son to explain what happened that they actually had some empathy towards my complaint. Gym is great. Folks who come to workout out are cool. Some of the people in management are not fit for their jobs

I go into the gym to cancel my membership since I had Aussiefit, they end up cancelling someone's else's account, charging me my monthly fee. I was told when I called they would fix it and refund my money, they did not fix it, they tell me that I had to give 30 day notice so I'm sol about the 30 dollar charge, I was promised I wouldn't be charged when I went in the first time to cancel. How do you pull up someone else's account, cancel it and then aren't willing to fix the problem? I should have not been charged to begin with if they did it properly. That is what I was promised. Horrible customer service.

Good gym, sauna is a plus, friendly staff, but no access to the room meant for classes due to the management and staffs inability to keep certain items secured. This is a big downside to anyone wanting to have the freedom of an open space and anyone working on posing routines or practicing dance routines.

As a former employee who use to watch kids clean and take out trash along with greet customers and so forth- I am very upset with how I was just treated by the management. I forget the girls name but it wasn’t Cindyband it wasn’t Evan but it was the one girl who says she is an assistant manager. She is very disrespectful and had the nerve to tell me it didn’t matter if I left Crunch Fitness on good terms that I was still banned. I haven’t ever violated any policies at crunch fitness as an employee or as a member so for her to do that was not just embarrassing and a waste of my time but it was down right wrong! So I hope that Crunch Fitness can make this right because I don’t take unjust negativity and mistreatment and wasted time and embarrassment lightly.

I joined the gym about six months and wow! The staff are very friendly, they always say hello with a smile when I enter. Even when I forget my membership card, they are quick to give me a brand new one. The negative reviews here are untrue. The gym recently had an amazing TOTAL NEW renovation. The equipment looks great, the showers are clean and its an awesome place to get a great workout! I fully recommend Crunch - it's the best deal in the city.

Sorry to say but big scam they charge u $40 more when u sign up putting your total at $50 and 2 months after that charge another $40 on top of member fee saying its an annual fee to me that's a lot more the $9.99 a moth my calculation says it should be $120 for the year but its coming to about $200 a year that's just the first 2 months then i canceled my membership before the renewal date and they tell me i still have to pay the annual fee

I became a part of Aussie Fit in 2015. I was told while signing up that if I paid the highest amount for a full year, I would only have to pay 9.99 the following years for classes and that was the only reason that I agreed to it. Now it's 2019 and the gym has changed names and upgraded. I understand this completely but my question to Cindy was why is it ok for money to be withdrawn from my account from 2015 to the present if I am not entitled to my group fitness? Cindy said that it's because in my contract it states that I agreed to a transfer of gym as well. Well, speaking of contracts, in that same contract it states that I am entitled to group fitness classes because I paid the highest amount in my Aussie fit and if the contract is valid to take money from my account after all of these years, then it should be valid enough to allow me to have my group fitness class. I just cancelled the membership because it's about principle and that's not right at all. Cindy knew that it had changed under my membership and told me that my group fitness classes were still in the system making me look like I'm crazy trying to explain it to other workers and then today Cindy decided to tell me that she misspoke. No, you did not Cindy. You just didn't want to explain to me what really happened because she worked for Aussie when they were telling people it would change to 9.99 and that we were grandfathered in. It's fine because all of my teachers are gone anyway. This is ridiculous. I do love the gym but their contacts only apply when it benefits them as in the gym.

Anything negative people have to say about Crunch Reynoldsburg is a lie. The gym is an awesome gym and has gotten even better w the new equipment since the renovations. The staff members are very helpful and friendly and they DO CARE.. just ask LOL I was so miserable when it closed down for renovations and tried to workout at other gyms but they sucked. So happy to be back home @CrunchReynoldsburg. Also the empolyees at Crunch Reynoldsburg make me feel welcomed every time I walk in there. It’s as if I just walked into a building full of friends.. they create a family atmosphere for me. I love that damn place and it’s staff.. 100 stars B !

I went to the Reynoldsburg location because it was just 5 minutes from my house. Depending on why you join the gym, is going to conclude your experience. As for the actual gym equipment, 5 stars hands down. BUT if your joining the gym for a personal trainer DONT DO IT!!!!! (HIGH TURNOVER RATE!!!!!) I singed a 6 month contract and within those 6 month I had 4 trainers! All lasting about a month and a half. So after my 3rd trainer I sent any email expressing my frustration and asking for them to terminate my contract. In response they didn't acknowledge any of my concern but to say we will get you another trainer, and that they have confidence in all their trainers. About a moth later the trainer they assigned quit due to low pay. I honestly think they need to get ride of their personal trainer program if they cant keep the staff to do so. And by the way its just over $200 a month for a personal trainer. And since its a contract, if there are any problems or mishaps there's no terminating the contract unless you've moved 25-30 miles away form a location or you have a doctors note as to why you cant participate.
