One of the best workouts you can possibly get. It fits around a busy lifestyle with no scheduled classes - easy to come right after work. The trainers are all incredible and work with you to ensure you're getting the best workout possible, and work around any ailments you may enter the gym with. Everybody is there supporting one another to reach the next milestone. After 30 minutes, you can definitely feel the burn!

My experience has been life changing and I couldn't have done it without the skilled, inspirational, knowledgeable, and amazing trainers. Their encouragement and constant motivation push me to achieve the most out of each and every workout. I have lost weight, feel stronger, and the results so far are fantastic! The best thing about 9Rounds is there are no class times, no workout is the same and it’s such a fun place to be that your workout is over before you know it.

I highly recommend 9Round Sylvania to everyone out there. If you think you can't do it your wrong. I know cause i was one of those doubters. If you think you don't have the time think again 30 minutes is all it takes to get a AMAZING total body workout. The trainers at 9Round Sylvania(Monica(owner/trainer, Mark and Mac) are awesome. They are hands on and very personable. Stop by and check it out...the first workout is free... you won't be disappointed. I was hooked after the first workout.

I love everything about 9Round. I'm so happy I joined. The workouts are great. I love how the workouts are always different. The staff is amazing! They are so kind, movitating, and helpful. I wanted to step out of my comfortable zone with joining my 1st gym and trying kick boxing. Luckily I found 9Round and couldn't be happier.

I joined 9 round Sylvania when they first opened as someone who had never worked out in a gym! The trainers were (and continues to be) wonderful at tailoring the workouts to where I am on my fitness journey. It truly is for any fitness level! I love how individualized it is and not having class times works perfectly with my unpredictable schedule! Ive had nothing but extremely positive experiences and will continue to recommend 9round to everyone!! They have become more of a family than just a gym!

I honestly really enjoy being a member at 9Round! I have tried several fitness programs, but this would likely be my favorite. The staff is very personable. You are never pressured. You work hard for less time with quick results. And they cater to your specific goals. I also love that there are no true class times, so you can come as you please. The cost is higher than a basic gym, but you get what you pay for. It's simple enough for beginners yet challenging enough for althletes and they always mix up the workouts. I can't ask for more, too be honest.

I like the convenience of not having set start times. The workouts are varied daily with attentive trainers. The staff is friendly as are the peers. And the owner is very personable and genuine. After one month I have realized noticeable fitness gains and have committed to an annual plan.
