Love the workout I get at 9Round. It's different everytime I go. The trainers are all awesome! They train me at my level but keep pushing me to do my best. Never boring and I can drop in anytime and start my workout. 30 min later I feel like I got a great workout!

All of the trainers are amazing! I always feel like I get a great workout because they know just how to push me to get better while at the same time watching out for my safety. I've noticed a real improvement in my strength and stamina since starting and I'm looking forward to even more positive changes. They are also just good people in general and I feel safe and encouraged to talk about any issues which could affect my workout. The facility is always kept clean and, despite the sweat pouring from us, it doesn't smell like a dirty gym either. They play good music and don't blast it but keep it at a good volume and they keep their bathroom very clean. I really recommend coming to this facility for anyone who wants a flexible workout that is effective even in such a short time.

Workout begins when I get there, designed to help my body to burn calories and fat after I am done with the workout. 30 minutes of my time to help me feel stronger, better and accomplished. It's also very therapeutic to punch a bag if you are having a stressful day and you feel this workout. Always walk out sweaty, sore in the best way knowing I made an improvement in me.

Great workout experience! I’ve tried lots of different programs and this is by far the best. Friendly staff, easy to get a workout it, and a great facility make for a great workout. Highly recommended!
