Best gains gym I've ever been a member of. The talent at this gym is inspiring. If you have a technique/fitness question there are plenty of people more than happy to help.

Hands down the best gym in Grand Forks. Lots of free weights, barbells, dumbbells (odd and even increments), multiple squat racks, machines, etc. Iron works has just about everything, even a microwave. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Healthy mix of people from average Joe to seasoned pro train here.

We used this as our gym when in town for a summer internship and loved it. Very old school gym without frills. The staff is nice and leaves you alone. I was one of maybe three women I ever saw there but was never bothered or pestered by anyone the way I have been in other gyms. The price is right and there’s no contract which is great! We were so sad to leave this gym because we loved the vibe. Definitely our favorite in GF!
