I was looking for a place to workout last year and found this place on Facebook before they opened. I messaged Brennen the owner and he was great explaining how everything was gonna work and the layout of the exercises. I signed up and have been going for several months now. The coaches are great and the workout is only 30 minutes.They do a great job of pushing you and making you want to do better and keep going. The coaches always have new and different workouts so it never gets dull. The whole environment is FUN! If your looking for a good workout come check this place out.

At first I was afraid of the word "boot camp" or "boot camp" type programs because I was scared of not being able to do it, or thinking it would be too hard of work out for me. The instructors are motivating versus being intimidating, and I feel comfortable working at my own pace and ability. I started with the 6-week challenge and decided to continue on after making my body fat loss and muscle gain goals. The work outs go by fast, but I always feel like I got a good work out. Instructors are friendly, show how to do every move properly, give options for different abilities, and help us to make adjustments if we are doing something incorrectly. Everyday is a different workout so I can go two days or more in a row and not work the same muscles. Fun, upbeat music and new facilities make for a great environment. I also appreciate the different incentive programs to keep going! FFBBC has become just what I need in terms of a workout!

I am just finishing up a 6 week challenge this week at FFBBC and I have loved all the workouts, staff, music and workout buddy's. The workout is different each time and it offers a full body workout in just 30 minutes along with having a trainer for encouragement, support and making sure you are doing all the exercises properly. I have always been one to exercise, but with kids and activities, I was finding it hard to make the time for myself to get a workout in. Fargo Fit Body Boot Camp is a 30 minute workout that is fun and really feels like I have worked out. The coaches are all friendly and helpful and can make adjustments to workouts when that is needed. I love that someone else's creativity makes the workout and that I always leave both tired and energized. It's also been nice to make some friends with my workout partners and feel like everyone is wanting everyone to succeed. I love it here!

I started working out here shortly after they opened about 6 months ago. I have loved every workout! The class times are great. It’s a 30 minute workout, so it’s easy to fit in your schedule, and the workouts are different every time. Don’t worry about not knowing what to do, because each workout starts with a coach showing you exactly what to do at each station while you warm up. If you’re like me, you don’t want to just show up to a gym to walk on a treadmill for 30 minutes and look at the weights longingly like you wish you knew what to do with them. At FBBC, the coaches ensure you get a great interval workout, and know what you’re doing along the way. There is a great group of people here who are very welcoming and supportive!
