I love this gym. It's so clean and there's so much to do. The instructors make you feel welcome when you're new to a group class. The pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room are relaxing. There's also a lot of people so you get lost in the crowd and don't feel like everyone's watching you. They even have racket ball, ping pong, and basketball courts. Definitely worth the 57 bucks a month.

Love this gym. Friendly & helpful staff. Wide variety of both fitness equipment & group classes. Love the indoor walking track, esp. in winter. We make good use of the childcare area & indoor pool when the grandkids are with us!!

This place has an upbeat vibe. Lots of exercise options. I didn't know they had ping pong. They have a big kids program. I'm mostly interested in yoga. I counted 4 different classes. The staff is super friendly. If they don't know the answer right away they will find it. Excellent facility. The equipment is top notch. The weight machines are impressive. I found some coffee (it's free) and talked to other people after my walk. Fun!!

When we first started coming here, the place was top notch. Yet today, every vending machine is out of order, the whirlpool is out of order because the life guards seemed to have zero clue how to add chemicals to it, the waterarobics class was cancelled. And too top everything off, the entire place smelled strongly of urine. Sad how the place has slid down hill.

Im a senior and this is a beautiful facility and wanted specifically to use the pool. However, with no easy way to get into the lap pool such as stairs to walk down as in the hot tub I wont be able to use it. I live in West Fargo and was hoping to have a place to go closer to me than driving across town especially in the winter.

Great child care center and workout facilty. Sauna and steam shower are huge and can accommodate a lot of people. Pool is great for small children and has a lot of activities to get your wellness on. Lockerooms are clean and family lockerooms are great if you come with small children.

Really nice facility. My wife really loves the steam room. It's definitely her favorite part. Lots of nice equipment. The swim area looks really nice, though a bit small. Lots of room in the family locker room, which is especially nice when herding little kids. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a nice place to exercise!

Great gym but way too expensive. I went with a guest pass but members only get like 4 or so a year or 6 months or some stingy nonsense like that. If your health insurance doesn't help cover the cost then there's plenty of other great gyms in the area if you just want to workout and don't care how big & fancy the building is. Can you imagine their heating/cooling bill?? That's probably all their memberships are paying for...

Great walking track, more than enough equipment, and I like that they have family changing/showers available. I don't think it's quite worth the price as you are paying for a pool that you likely will never use. The pool is small and shallow. If you're there to swim laps there's only four or five lanes, it is not a full lap length, and the depth is not much more than three feet.

My only complaints are 1. I wish it had 1-2 more free weight squat racks, and bench press racks (since writing this they did add 1 bench press station). Sometimes you have to wait a while to get on them. 2. The towels they have aren't long enough to wrap around me. Overall I enjoy my membership here. We have a family membership and also use the monthly childcare so we can bring the kids in while we work out. It oldest (2.5 yrs) loves it there. The youngest(1 yrs) sometimes has a rough time but he does it places as well. The facility is kept clean. They have disposable wipes for cleaning off machines. There are many treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, bicycles, Free weights, semifree weights, many weight machines, a track, pool, zero depth pool, hot tub, dry sauna, mens, women's and family locker rooms.

Best gym I've ever been to! It has everything for the perfect workout! Equipment is awesome, towels are provided. Stuff is super friendly (even if you are a foreigner who speaks broken English). Micro-climate in the building is well balanced. Except for gym there is a pretty big pool, small pool for the children, hot tub, sauna room, steam room. Those, who love cardio training, would find this gym perfect as it has a lot of cardio equipment, cycling room, track for the running at the second level. Coffee is for free at the lobby.

Not very pricing friendly. The layout and equipment are good. Biggest issue for weight lifters and people serious about there workouts is that there are children everywhere filling up the gym. Basketball gym and pool area are almost unusable because of the children running around which is disappointing. If they were more restrictive on there rules for kids using the gym it'd be safer and better for everyone else without little ones running around.

Their equipment is great. The only struggle comes from waiting for a squat rack or bench. They have a bunch of classes to go to (at no extra cost). There is two basketball courts (6 hoops total). Everything seems clean whenever I go there.
