Daughter is improving her swimming skills here. I like them for this. We aren’t a part of the actual club though. I would, but I like to take classes and they don’t offer them when I would need to take them. A side note: bring shorts. The air is so damn hot sometimes in here because the water is cooled off. I found myself dipping the bottom of my legs in the pool just to cool off.

My husband and I are both bodybuilders and this is the best gym we have ever worked out in.... And we have visited many gyms all around the country! We moved closer to the Raleigh area to be closer to our work and the area we live in now severely lacks good gyms. We reminise often about how we want to move back to Mebane for this awesome gym. All the equipment you could want with a pit area for loud music and heavy lifting, a few studio areas where we could practice posing and the dumbells were nice and heavy.

I was working out today, my first warm up set.. Very light weight. I finished the set (dumbell bench press) moved the weights to my thighs and eased them down to the floor.. Some guy came up to me and told me not to throw the weighs down like that. I was taken back because the weight was so little and I gentley dropped them.. I said Ok, it won't happen again. He responded by telling me to watch my attitude. I said "Okay." He then told me I should really watch my attitude because he was the owner. Once I heard he was the owner I decided I did not want to give this guy any of my money and asked for a refund of my membership. Which he granted. This guy really just wanted to argue with me for some reason. Now he's out over $600 a year, $3000 over 5 years from me.. Terrible business man. Would not recommend giving this clown any of your earned money. He expected me to like bow down to him after he told me he was the owner.. Give me a break!

Very disappointed! My membership was for the pool only. For the month of December the pool was closed due to painting, understand the closure. Was excited to get back in the pool after the first of the year only to review the pool schedule and pool is basically booked ever weekday with recreation swimming, swim lesson, and then swim team practice, leaving no time for anyone to go swim laps after getting off work at 5. When I called to cancel and explain my reasoning, all I was told was ok thanks, and we have cancelled your membership affective end of month. SMH

Nice full service gym I joined back in December and have been happy with the decision. Full complement of weightlifting equipment - both machines and free weights. A bunch of cardio equipment - treadmills, stairsteppers, ellipticals, stairmasters, rowing machines, bikes. I mainly joined though because they have a pool where I can do lap swimming.

An excellent gym to do workouts. I enjoy the wide variety of great exercise machines that are well maintained. The caring staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The novice as well as the seasoned athlete should feel welcome here. I gladly recommend this facility to anyone interested in becoming physically fit.

Some of the best equipment and people that I have seen in a gym. They also have a salt water pool and I urge people with bad knees to get in. Hot tub for those sore muscles and stiff backs. They have a sauna, tanning beds,personal trainers,water aerobic classes. They have a nice assortment of cable machines and free weights. Remember a body in motion stays in motion.

The staff here are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Just this past week i took my children out of the daycare there because of the rude professionalism the staff girl at the front displayed as she sat on her phone instead of watching the children. I would not recommend this gym for fitness or daycare.

Great gym that is close to home. It's always clean, workers are very friendly and lots of options for workouts. Lots of cardio machines, free weight section and machines. Best part is the women's only section which is great to use at busier times. They even have an area with CrossFit type equipment.

It may be a nice place and well maintained, it's also overpriced because it's the only place in town especially the only pool in town. You pay extra for a pool that every time you go in, most of the lanes are taken up with swimming classes for some swim team. Any excuse to prevent members from using the pool will be taken. They also seem to be greedy because they lie about payments when you want to close your account and charge you an extra month. Jerks.

Before my move to the coast, I was a member here for about a year. The cost is a bit more than planet fitness, but you get what you pay for. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable and this gym has all the equipment you could ever need. When I was a member, they only had 2 squat racks and during my recent visit, I found that they updated the gym drastically! Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete, bodybuilder, or just the average gym-goer like myself, they have what you need here. The owner definitely cares about this place and visits quite frequently. I recently came into town because I had to evacuate from Hurricane Dorian. The owner allowed me to use the gym at no cost during my stay here and I am extremely grateful for that. I wish we had gyms like this where I live now. I sure do miss New Millennium!

No judgment. A place where friendship develop. Absolutely love the fitness classes. The pool is my favorite part of the Center. Enjoy the smoothie bar. Plan to try the karate classes next. I like working out in the fitness center. When I'm there and need help I can get it. If I want to be left alone I am. If I feel chatty there's always someone to talk to. I can finish workout in the sauna or steam.

I've been a member for about 4 years, and most enjoy the saltwater pool on a hot afternoon or for laps early in the morning, and think that the Zumba classes are the best. I'm grateful to personal trainer Brenda Fox who taught me a routine I can use on some of the many the weight machines, and for her very thoughtful and fun Silver Sneakers exercise class. I feel like there is still more for me to explore there, including yoga classes and the fitness classes in the pool. It is in an excellent location and the staff work hard to keep things operating, clean, and in good shape.
