I would give it zero stars if the option was there. This gym is a total ripoff. The spin classes are a joke because every other bike is broken. Cardio machines are always breaking down or do not function properly. The shady 45 day cancellation period is just downright bad business. If they were confident that they provide a great gym they wouldn’t have to scam members out of extra cash when they try to cancel. They also charged another card that was not on file without my permission. Avoid going to this dump at all costs!

Mixed review will this location. Its a love hate relationship. Love the ambience. But always issue will billing to point my credit card marked them as fraud from all the billing and refunding. Dishonest employees. Please avoid Mayra. Rest of the staff seems very nice! The new manager Ian is very good and responsive. Be warned the staff gets revenge if you file an official complaint. One even dropped a mop on me while I was getting in the shower causing me to have a bruise. She passed it as an accident. My colleague witnessed other wise. Complaint fell on deaf ears. I started going to a different location. They forget we are paying customers. Would like to return back to FiDi one day. I started going to the 49th street Broadway location. Staff professional and manager, has a pool clean and has 2 saunas.

I like this location! My only issue is that the dumbbells are never in order, but is not a major thing. Also, the towels fit like miniskirts and seem to shed. Beyond that I can say the locker rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff seems to be cool and some will actually speak when you enter as well as leave!

This is a really nice club, with an excellent weight room in the basement, tons of machines and a decent selection of classes. There is sometimes a wait for the showers during peak times but overall a nice locker room with plenty of towels. This club is an elite club so more expensive than many of the other NYSC clubs (and competitors like Blink).

Staff here are very unethical. I have tried to cancel my membership but they just won’t process it. My credit card has been charged for amounts that they cannot explain. I have tried escalating to a manager at this location but to my surprise she reinstated my membership without my consent. They just won’t let you cancel without giving you a runaround.

The management at this location is horrible. I went to this location to upgrade to elite gym and ended up being charged 3 times per month each month. I called them back asking for my refund and they said they can't give me a refund, but a credit. So I waited another month and finally got a credit but for only for $40 when they owe me over a hundred dollars. So finally I got to speak with BRITANNY and told me she will give me a credit again! well guess what! I cancelled my membership, I don't want a credit, I want my money back! I keep calling and emailing the managers at this location and they keep ignoring my messages. Stay away from this location!!! Rude people !!!! They ignore you when you have a problem!!! Zero stars to this location!!!

Yoda Hut

This is an elite club. Yet lack sauna/steam. Basement weight room temperature control is bad. There is no cold air. It makes your sweat even when not working out. It's been since they moved from wall st location. Fix it guys. This is an elite club!

Good facility but always issues with billing. Employees are just incompetent. They are very quick to blame ‘corporate’ as if it’s a separate entity. Monthly fees keep going up but service just keeps getting worse. Stay away from this place - so many other options around.

This review goes out to Mayra E. Ayala the NYSC Manager at the Fidi branch. Honestly going into the club, the signs were unclear as to whether Elite Memberships were different than Passport. When I got an upcharge for the month, Mayra was able to help me sort the financial situation out and took the time to go through the process clearly and effectively. She's honestly one of the most caring people and managers out there. Such a big company as NYSC is, it's rare to find employees that really care for it's customers individual needs as Mayra does.

After cancelling a membership here, this location will reach out to you about a too good to be true rate, then charge your card without your consent a rate $30 per month higher then they initially emailed about. No contract sent, no approval requested. When my husband reached out to the club, they ghosted his emails, said the associate who signed him up "just left for the day" and the manager "will look into it". When he follows up, they hang up on him. Now he's being charged a higher monthly rate then when he cancelled his membership with no actual indication that he is a member. AVOID a membership here. AVOID their associates and AVOID giving them your credit card information at all costs. There's a Crunch a close enough distance; go there instead.

Ok Gym, Cleaning Staff does a good job. Weight Room has solid equipment selection. Weights are never picked up and Trainers are afraid to tell potential customers to put weights away.

Probably the most underrated location, is quiet clean and comfortable. Although is basement the place feels great to workout in, bright and always clean. I like going before 12pm or after 2pm when FiDi crowd is gone to work.
