Best gym in Albuquerque area!!! You find all the equipment you need to train. I trained there during a trip to Albuquerque and the staff was incredible nice. They are open 24 hours and you can even bring your kids as they have an area.

This gym has terrible management and customer service skills. They do not take customers complaints and safety into any consideration. When we expressed our concern we were told multiple times a manager would get back to us. No manager ever would call us back to hear our concerns. This went one for over a month. Our family finally cancelled our membership and went elsewhere. 3/19/19 With all do respect Anita you were the manager that failed to call us back with our situation escalated to you. We personally spoke to you and you never called us back nor returned our calls when we inquired why we were not contacted.

Elite Physique Gym is the best gym I have ever been to. The equipment is all high quality and in great condition. There is plenty of free weights, and a lot of machines as well! The best part is their huge training center in the back! All of their employees and personal trainers are very friendly and knowledable as well. I would rate them 10 stars if I could!!

My husband and I have belonged to Elite Physique Gym for about two years now. The staff is always friendly and most of them know us by name. It is always clean and they are great at making sure that the equipment is well maintained and properly working. Steven Newman and Anita Maestas are always so positive and encouraging to members! Their positivity encourages me every time I see them! They are also always looking for new ways to make members comfortable and improve the gym experience. They offer many options for getting fit including individualized programs and classes that cater to all different fitness levels. The room in the back makes it possible to do different types of cross training, too, which is different than I have seen at many other gyms. Elite Physique Gym is definitely the best gym in town!

I recently moved here from San Diego and had been working out at a 24 hour Supersport and when I arrived here I began looking for a good long term gym. I started out with some temporary gyms testing the water. Then happened across elite physique here on yelp while searching for gyms near my home. I work alot so I emailed Steve one of the owners for some basic info, which he gave. He also recommended I come by and check it out so I did then I left, not being pressured to sign up. I came back 2 hours later and got a membership. The gym is great, plenty of equipment and the sport specific facility in the back seems pretty sweet although I haven't used it yet. Super clean facility, most of the staff is pretty friendly. There is just an awesome energy there. The only downside to the place is that by me writing this review it will probably become more crowded due it being the only decent priced quality gym in the area. So do me a favor and go in the afternoon. Go by check it out, the gym speaks for itself

Terrible was not told their was a canclation fee I paid for the month of July for what I was told and thought my membership was 19.99 When I got charged 24.99 I stated that was not the price I was told and the managment argued with me then when I said that my finger print was not working they said nothing and did not try to fix the problem therefore I could not get in to the gym for the whole month of july endless someone was at the front dest and 99% of the time they people working there were just walking around the gym and could not open the door. I emailed never got a relpiled. I was not told that I had to give 30 day notice to cancel or that their was a 50 dollar fee for canceling. When emailing the manger was rude and argued with me when I stated that I was not told to me, customer seriver was awful from the time I started to the time I canceld. Defined fitness is a much better option and they care about their members this place does not very terrible. I was just trying out because it is never crowed now I know why they have so little members. So sad I wasted my money here so sad they are so rude.

Who the heck needs a heater on to work out and why keep the gym at 72 degrees???? Its bad because half the people dont wipe their equipment off when they are done and cold/flu season so yeah let's get your core temperature up and then go outside in the cold and get pneumonia.... and thanks for ignoring every issue I've ever brought up by the way I guess Pat Robertson has an all access pass because he is AWAYS on, like who the hell wants to look at that old racist period.

I have been coming to the gym since February of this year. I like that everyone is friendly. When I asked about the training packages. I liked that they were asking me questions about myself. Not making it about themselves.They customized a great package for me to reach my goals. They are also actually really open 24/7. The best part is there is enough equipment for everyone. You don't have to keep waiting to get on something. Lastly, the gym is always clean.

The gym only called me once to collect my payments for two months of late payments so they decided to charge me double my regular payments, I was more than willing and in full agreement to pay my regular monthly fee. The gym didn't take that into consideration. I work in the line of customer service and treat help my customers so they will continue to ask me and recommend me, but with Elite my credit card expired and I got a new one i didn't realize it until after getting a late call about it and they weren't willing to give me the customer service for a mistake i was willing to pay my regular payments for. They wanted more money from me even though I paid on time every month for over a year and because one incident that was a honest mistake they want to charge me extra for that.

Really during open hours you close the only room I wanted from this membership for some class when the other half of the room is unused. The back room us the ONLY reason I joined. Supper uncool. Then when the membership is cancelled they take out an addition 100$ when they say I'm going to get a refund of 93$. Then when I finally get my 100$ the 93$ was never refunded. Three weeks later and still nothing. This is a 193.00 mistake and a simple sorry isn't sufficient. This is highly unprofessional and two mistakes that could impact my account and personal life are unacceptable. These mistakes are back to back and blaming the computer is a joke. Some one should be auditing their accounts, and they should be the ones finding it not me!!!!

I don't understand why someone would give this gym less than 5 stars! For what I had experienced. This gym tries to accommodate their members and spoils them way too much sometimes. Some people will never be pleased no matter what. Those who claimed that the staff is rude and unfriendly are tripping. I enjoy working out here and I hope that those who gave them less than 5 stars never come back and stay away from this cool gym

Elite Physique is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Childcare, cleanliness, updated equipment, and classes are usually what I look for in a gym and Elite accommodates ALL of these categories!! Staff members are always friendly. Owners are awesome! Gym is awesome! You have to tour this facility yourself to believe it and I can assure that you won’t be disappointed! Another bonus: it’s NEVER overcrowded like most gyms locally!

I was VERY surprised at how big this gym is! Great variety of equipment. I was going to a Crossfit gym and also Defined Fitness paying close to $180 per month! This gym surpasses Defined in cleanliness, customer service, and equipment by far!!! Now I pay $49 per month, have 24 hour access and access to all the crossfit equipment I need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE!

I have only been going to this gym for 2 weeks, starting my 3rd week Monday! What I have seen from this gym is that they really care about each person in their facility. It is always clean, they are so friendly and great you by name, check in with you and are just the best. I've had memberships with defined fitness and planet fitness and it felt like a complete corporation like they could care less about who you are or what your goal is. Steven and his crew care about you, your goals and are there to help you get there or answer any questions you have. The day care is awesome!

It is with much disappointment that I terminate my membership. I was told I must pay $15 a month to have access to the facility. The manager took my card away. It was handle very unprofessionally without any prior notification. I have been a member for approximately 4 years. I am a Silver Sneakers member & use the gym 3 times a week before 4 pm. I will not pay for a 24 hour service I will never use. I believe it’s important to feel welcome at any gym I use. I no longer feel welcomed or apart of the Elite family when I have to ring the bell to be let in. Also, another Prime member told me he had not been charged ? Hmmm I have left a message for the owners to please call me & sent an email with no response. I have been in the fitness business for many years & currently work in a fitness center & my job Is to make members feel welcome & important so they continue to return. Elite Physics has not demonstrated that my membership matters. I have joined another gym received an 24 access card & was welcomed back with open arms & smiling faces

I am an amputee (above the right knee). I joined Elite Physique in March of 2017. This gym is easily accessible for people who have to use wheelchairs or walkers to get around with. The equipment is spaced out for easy access, and there are so many different kinds of exercise that meets the needs of everyone! The staff is very friendly and always there to help. The owners of the gym take pride in keeping the gym clean! I am so honored to be apart of this amazing crew of athletes!!

It's an amazing gym. My family and I have been going here for almost 2 years and love it. It's 24/7 So it accommodates our schedules. Finger print access for extra security. Day care is always accommodating, our kids love the staff and the staff are always so sweet and loving to our kids. The back room is great for extra training. They have knowledgeable trainers and offer great programs. It is clean gym and the staff always welcomes you like family. It beats any gym in town!!! Since joining Elite back when it opened in 2015 my confidence within the gym has grown. The gym atmosphere is very warm and welcoming which helps to make anyone that is feeling nervous instantly feel relaxed and like family. Awesome 24/7 local gym with hardcore training equipment. New Rogue powerlifting area is private and tucked away from the main gym. My wife loves the Spin and Boxfit classes. It's great to train ar a real gym 24 hours a day since my shift ends at 11 pm. Elite is always the perfect end to my day. Very clean and great management.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this HIGHLY recommend gym. I approached Steven on instagram through a mutual friend because I wanted to compete and the gym was recommended. We talked regularly until I paid and then he just fell off the face of the earth. I even told him I would be up in Albuquerque (I’m from Roswell) to introduce myself And he never responded to tell me that he wouldn’t be available or not to waste my time. I didn’t hear back from him after he received my payment for about two weeks and when i did he gave me a “meal plan for a FEW weeks” and I’m going on THREE months and haven’t heard from him once after trying to contact him. FEELL CHEATED!
