My trainer gave me another good work out .I was achey from lifting rock & mulch the day before.I didn't even relize I had completed my work out.But the double pain was worth it.Try to make it to every appt.you make with your trainer .Thank you Chris.Thought I was gonna die .But Iam still standing .Thank you everyone at Crunch.

With the annual fee, it's basically $20 / mo base plan. This gym needs more spray bottles for cleaning equipment and needs better AC because it gets pretty warm. Also, when I signed up, the manager didn't seem very friendly, she seemed to only want to make a sale. It wasn't untill after I signed up that she told me there was a coupon.

This place is a dangerous place to conduct business. There is no offered resolution to address real issues pertaining to customer service. In fact it is frowned upon and will experience retaliation. I fell victim to poor customer service and when I attempted to show up to address my concerns in person I was humiliated in front of people being accused of harassing employees which was a flat out lie on behalf of staff. The way it was handled was even worse in which I was unjustly told I wasn't allowed back in because to this institution no customer is right. The initial problem would have been easily addressed would I have been given the opportunity to speak with the main manager. I literally walked in with enough cash to pay off my debt and pay for a full year for my girlfriend and i. I was looking to speak with upper management to see if they would negotiate part of my debt in lieu of my purchase of 2 full year memberships. Mind u I had a balance stacked up because I would travel alot for work but had finally enrolled in school and wouldn't be travelling. To save money I just wanted to pay for my two memberships cash and settle up. Instead I walked away without a membership and without anyone contacting me back ever to even try to resolve. I never foresaw ever having to deal with management but this is what one can expect from management when attempting to conduct business and address real issues. No institution is worth more than my dignity. Luckily 9 rounds was in the business of making sales which is cheaper, accommodates the classes I was looking for. It is available in multiple locations in comparison to the 30 mile trip I would take to support crunch daily, it is near both school campuses I attend. I saved money and got trainers that actually push you. Classes are available all day no matter what time you show up a class starts every five minutes which clearly beat crunch where I found it hard to find a class to fit my work schedule and show up with kids at that time was a luck of draw wether I had space for my kids or not. Thank you crunch for turning my business away. I saved money, got a better management attention, and you lost someone who advocated on your behalf without receiving any loyalty or respect in return.

The manager Keith is really awesome until you sign a contract. When you try to cancel it or have any issues he won’t even bother to return emails or phone calls and when you have to deal with corporate they are no better. Horrible customer service.

Crunch fitness here in Las cruces has been amazing! Keith and his crew are great. They are welcoming and always try to make sure you have a good workout experience. They have free weights and multiple squat racks. Plenty of cardio options and machines as well. The atmosphere they have created is inviting and not intimidating. Their facility is very clean and the music is usually pretty good if you forget to bring your own headphones or don't like using them while you workout. There is plenty of CrossFit style equipment. The only recommendation I would make would be for them to get a few more squat racks. Sometimes it can take some time to get one. Their daycare is also great. It's only $20 a month for up to two hours a day per kid. My wife loves it because when she need a break from our little guy during the day she just hits the gym and let's our him play with the friends he has made there. We have been their for about 7 months now and have enjoyed our experience.

The gym is great! Awesome personnel! Equipment is awesome as well, BUT the hours are not that great/flexible. Theres a gym up 70 that's 24/7 365, convenient with a scan card to enter when there is no personnel available. Also PF has just gone 24/7!!! It would be nice if crunch could join the club.

I am only giving 4 stars because of two reasons. 1. I’m not sure if it is just brand new equipment but when you are finished with your workout your hands are black and the heavy rubber weights area is so dirty with dirt and particulates, it is slick. 2. For being a brand new gym, the cardio equipment is subpar. Buttons are already broke off and cracks in of some machines and none of the machines connect to the TVs through the radio frequency,it’s all static no matter what channel. However, the staff is very exemplary and friendly. The gym is big, open, and plenty of space to get the job done.

When I signed up for crunch fitness I paid a fee that was supposed to be for my first month but then after the first week when they open they tried to charge me an extra $150 so I wasn’t able to go anymore because of that but they do have really good equipment and workout areas

I have been going to gyms my how life, but never went to a crunch fitness. And I have to say I love it. The opposite of weak concepts like planet fitness, this place, while also being judgment free, does not judge those who take their workouts seriously. Amazing functional strength implements like kettlebells, battle ropes , push sleds, heavy bags. I will go out if my way to go to a crunch .

Joined for the fitness classes, but stopped going after 3 weeks. I would like to see more classes offered all throughout the day, not just mornings and the after-5:00 crowds. Also, the acoustics are absolutely horrible and the music is way too loud. It just bounces off the walls and drowns out the instructors. I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones a few times to protect my ear drums. Please add fabric or foam to the ceilings and lower the volume!

And any equipment you could think of. I wish I lived in Las Cruces - I’d sign up immediately. Awesome place! Thanks for a great workout.

Very nice facility. Good prices. Only complaints is, like others, is the dishonest business practices. I was charged the annual fee 9 months prior to what my contract stated. Had to go in to "fix" it. Was given excuses why I couldn't get the email promotional tshirt. Not bad enough for me to leave (yet), but definitely a buyer beware kinda business.

PROS- The gym equipment is awesome and has the machines and free weights I look for in a gym. The gym is big and has a lot of space, so it never feels packed or cramped. The staff is friendly and always available to help. The cleaniness is surprisingly remarkable, I always see someone cleaning each visit. Also the parking is great and can handle the gym rush. CONS- Not much i can think of con wise, besides the weekend hours are strictly tight, and not open as late as I hope.

The Crunch Gym in Las Cruces is the epitome of what a gym should be. My recent experience with the gym and faculty was second to none. I went to visit for my first time and asked if I could workout for a day. The GM, Keith, took the time to show me around, was very professional, and they are 100% military/police/firefighter friendly, meaning they gave us who serve discounts. But wait, there's more! I told him that my wife would be interested as well and he gave her a month membership free of charge! I was just at an awe from the customer service I recieved. Plus the staff was very friendly as well and the machines are top of the line. I highly reccomend this gym to anyone who wants to workout in a welcoming environment and wants to change their lives. Kudos to Crunch!

I’d give this place a 5 but I paid for a year up front and am now moving after being here for a couple months. They will only allow a membership transfer and no partial refunds. Other than that, Crunch is nice. Great group classes and nice equipment. Almost a little something for everyone if you’re into weight training, cardio, CrossFit type, HIIT, cycling, etc. The staff are always courteous and friendly. Just beware if you pay for the full year, you’re not getting money back if you have to cancel.

If you signed up for the pre-opening deal, renegotiate your contract because it is now $5 a month cheaper than the prices that could not get lowered. It's a nice facility but the hours don't seem to work with my schedule. In the 2 months it's been open, I've made it exactly four times. The staff is incredibly inconsistent. Depending on who is guarding the desk either no one is there or you can't get in without your own towel. Who is at the desk also depends on what is allowed or how loud the music is. Don't bother bringing your own music for some of the workers--the less they think you're paying attention, the louder their music gets even if EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN HEADPHONES AND IS TRYING TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING ELSE. You won't be able to hear yourself think much less whatever it is you brought. Certain workers also seem to encourage the weight lifters to crash their weights so there will also be large amounts of time where all you hear above your own sanity is loud crashes-. Don't worry, no one's dead--it's apparently good to see people pushing their limits.

Daycare needs a lot of work. They don’t even have enough staff to actually take care of the children. They shouldn’t allow babies if there not willing to pay attention to them and play with them. They let them sit and cry it off when they might be hungry or want just some attention. There many ways to give every single one individual time but it seems that the staff is just damn lazy to do so since it’s not there child. Sorry but this place needs more assistance.

BEWARE!!! CRUNCH GYM WITHDRAWS MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT. I was until yesterday a member at CRUNCH gym in Illinois and for some reason this gym in New Mexico for the last two months has been charging 130 without authority. I don’t know if they are trying to make their quota but this is FRAUD. I would not share any info with CRUNCH.
