Worse thing I ever singed up for first they said it's a 1$ fee to start off and of course my monthly pay witch is 20 some dollars and now they took out more then 70$ out of my account I now have to pay the 70$ plus plenty more fees from my bank . when I called to tell them about it the lady I talked with never got my name on the phone and was very rude .

Signed up for the early $1 membership and then cancelled in June due to a move across town and will be unable to use the membership. Today I got an $84.88 charge on my card when I cancelled and have never even stepped foot in the gym! I want my money back ASAP

I like that the gym is fairly close to me and I never have a hard time finding parking the equipment is nice as well. The reason for the 2 stars is that whenever I come there is no sanitizer wipes. They are always out. I get people can go through those quick bit at least give us a freaking spray bottle with disinfect and some paper towels. This germaphobe cannot rate higher than a 2 until they remedy this issue.

The staff was disinterested in me because they already got my money, I waited for more than 2 hours for someone to give me a little time and attention to no avail. It was understandably a busy day for them, but that kind of wait time to get someone to help you is unacceptable, especially since I got there before the crowd. The gym was clean with new equipment and full of new members who had no clue what they were doing. That combination of inattentive staff and members without a clue will undoubtedly lend itself to an injury, I just hope it isn't too serious. The gym was also supposed to be 24 hours as I was told when signing up, and apparantly it isn't. They need to seriously step up their game to win me back.

I like Crunch fitness. You pay Planet Fitness prices, but you get quality equipment and many different options to choose from. They have both free weights and machines. They have some pretty good classes and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They actually don't judge you for how you look until Planet Fitness who will judge you if your "too big". I definitely recommend working out here if you want a lot of bang for your buck.

The staff is fun to talk to and always greets you with a smile. Jessica everyone's nutritionist and Amber is my trainer. I lost 4 lbs, 5% body fat in one week thanks to their support. You have got to get the Abs by Amber treatment, you will won't regret it come the summer.

I like Crunch Fitness, and am currently a member there. I workout early in the morning and the gym isn't crowded at all. The locker room is typically empty. The free weights, weight machines, and cardio equipment are all new. Prices are competitive for the amenities, but Crunch Fitness is new for now. If I didn't live in the area I'm sure I could find a gym with comparable amenities and pricing nearby.

I go here with my buddy as a guest, and every time I go the staff is friendly and welcoming. So far the gym hasn't been extremely packed like other gyms. Good equipment and a good amount of free weights. Can't beat it for the low cost as well.

I had a cool experience so far. I'm a big guy an I just go there to workout. Don't feel out of my comfort zone or anything. Pretty disappointed by the rating of the gym. I've been greeted by a employee named Evan every time I go an he is a very helpful person. If I do have a bad experience, I will be sure to come back an comment but from the time being. This gym gets a 5 from me.

Going from Sports and Wellness to the most unprofessional gym in the whole town. Assistant manager, I think his name is Parker is just not well informed of what's going on at that place, could not provide me with an email address or phone number to solve an issue with my membership billing...ugh....too frustrating, thank God I already cancelled my membership. Beware!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE Save your money, purchase 12 dozen donuts and a hammer. Eat all of the donuts and hit yourself repeatedly over the head with the hammer. You’ll get the same work out results and at least you’ll still have the hammer. Crunch Fitness’s cheap equipment is matched only by their incompetent management and shady business practice. The personal trainers are unprofessional and the desk is understaffed. I joined because it looked shiny and new, and the bathroom smelled better than Planet Fitness. When I realized they didn’t have an Arc Trainer I tried to quit (within the terms of the contract) but the manager asked for a “few more days to figure it out.” Then he wouldn’t take my calls, see me or refund my money. The Wi-Fi on the machines doesn’t work, and they blast music so loud you can’t hear your own music (or thoughts).

I started going there and it was nice but I was working out of town so I froze my account or at least I thought I did until they charged me. Then I ended up moving so had to just cancel my membership and never recieved my payment, still almost 3 months later and what really upsets me is Keith the district manager keeps promising that I should be receiving my payment Wednesday, it's always supposed to come Wednesday and I'm yet to see it. Even did he spoke with his bosses and guaranteed they put a check in the mail and still haven't recieved it. This had happened to two other friends of mine when they canceled. Just be careful if you have to cancel because they will rob you! Sad thing is the more I read these reviews the more I see people getting ripped off by these liars and thieves! Give me my money already Keith!

I have trained here with Amber and I highly recommend the personal training here!!! Amber is motivational and extremely knowledgeable but not pushy or aggressive which I was afraid of. I’m shy in the gym and her guidance helps me feel like I’m doing what I am supposed to! My fear about hurting myself or feeling embarrassed went away when I started training with her and I am down 51lbs in a little over 6 months with just diet and exercise!!! I cannot thank Amber enough!!!! She’s an excellent trainer and I highly recommend personal training if you’re feeling stuck with your weight :)

It's a good clean, cheap gym..... I liked the fact that they have kettle bells. That's why I joined but they cram all the stuff into corners so if anyone is there I cant use them as intended....

Best equipment for its price, the environment is nice cause everyone there minds their own businesses. Has something for everyone I would think. Only complaint is the music, they blast it sometimes and go from 80's to what I consider rave music, I dont know if someone is controlling it but please turn it down a bit. Makes it where if I have my own music I really have to turn it up. Only other complaint is I was mislead about some prices and when some additional locations would be opened.

I decided that I wanted to stick with an old gym months ago as this gym hadn't even built the facility when they signed me up (which they didn't inform me of), so I called and was assured my membership was cancelled several times and that I didn't have to worry about anything. Months later I get a call from a collections agency that they had not cancelled my membership and I now owed them gym over $100. Not once at any point was I informed I owed any money or that my membership was still in place. They ran my membership for months without informing me so they could send it to collections. If you where to punch a drug dealer in the face and run off with their drugs you would get a better workout and have to deal with less shady business practices. If I could give it less stars I would, I basically got robbed by a subpar gym run by incompetent staff.

I came to crunch fitness looking to make a change in my life. I had originally been going to Planet Fitness because of how cheap it was but I honestly wasted that money because I had no clue what I was doing during my workouts. Crunch is just as affordable but they also have many other amenities that set them apart from the rest of the gyms. Plus it’s a brand new location so everything is clean and in working order. Crunch provides excellent personal trainers and classes that really help to show you proper form so that you aren’t so intimidated by the weights or machines. Amber and Jessica are really helping me to turn my life around by creating workout programs and diets tailored to me. I really feel like someone who is supported in reaching my fitness goals and not just another number like I did at other gyms. I’m so glad I made the commitment to join Crunch fitness.

Nice place but crazy hidden fees. 24 bucks ends up being close to 40. If you pay the full year 290.00 you get about the correct price on the peak even though they say they are discounting you 3 months or something. Wish they had a better way for kids. I have 2 kids between the 12-16 year thing they have but i cant get them their own and if i get a membership i can only take 1? Im still trying to find a spot because 540 for 2 memberships for a year would not be bad if i could just get it for them instead of me. I have a defined membership through insurance

This is not an actual gym, it is the office they set up to sign people up for the memberships (which are at a promotional price, very cheap!) the actual gym is going to be where the old Hastings was, and will open July, 2018!

There are no lights outside, no cross walks, no stop signs. It is a very dangerous parking lot with large amounts of fast-moving traffic. Members walk into the gym across a busy road without looking up from their phone. They drive too fast and do not look when backing up from their parking space. They do not follow traffic laws and they block the road with their bad parking jobs. It is only a matter of time before somebody gets hurt or a crime occurs. I will remove this when the problem is fixed.

Was going out of town for work spoke with Parker he mentioned he could put my account on freeze we froze my account yet alone at the next month I was charged so I went in and spoke with Parker again we then canceled my membership and he said I would receive a refund and 7 to 10 business days it is now been 4 weeks and nothing.

I've been a member of this gym since it opened months ago and I've had no bad experience thus far. The staff is extremely nice and the group classes are fun and brutal lol. Everyone minds their own business and basically are there to work out which is great in my book. I'm a little saddened by the bad reviews but hopefully this gym will get more positive reviews in the near future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Crunch Fitness!! When my husband went in, they front desk staff were really busy, but tried really hard to make sure we knew they saw us and wanted to help us when they could. The manager ended up finishing our sign-up and he was very personable and laid back. He cracked jokes with us and gave us a good vibe! The other front desk worker (I forgot his name), but he was working his butt off and was striving to say hello to everyone that came in while helping a ton of new sign-ups. Very hard working staff! I did my first workout there today, and I was an awesome workout! I was able to use all the machines I needed without wait time, and everything was very clean. I'd highly suggest this if you are looking for a solid place to workout!

Worst customer experience ever. I signed up for their dollar fee and this kid even offered to pay for my fees ( in early April) so I agreed but when I got charged $70 (in August)+ bank fees they are refusing to refund my money when I have never stepped into the gym. It felt like a total scam. Seems disinterested in hearing my issues, and will agree to terminate my contract but it doesn’t seem like I’ll be getting my money back anytime soon.

Just awful, they say no judgment but they make snide remarks that are borderline racist. Also they barely have a proper space and the manager is full of himself. On top of this their facilities and location are terrible.
