Beth at the front desk is arrogant and rude. We made an appointment last week for 10 am today and since someone called this morning our appointment got bumped. First come first serve doesnt apply apparently! Beths attitude was deplorable!

Try canceling your membership good luck with that plan on paying another three or four months minimum make sure you fill out the form and send it they won't cancel any other way and they don't tell you that overcrowded most of the time they sell way too many memberships and certain day's alot of things you cant use like the pool because there booked bye other companies

funny how the 5 star reviews dont say anything. owner guy with his fair is fair and you signed a contract. I told him that i didnt want to make a big deal of it and that ship has sailed. i paid 5 months used it 7 times maybe and every time i took my kids in the daycare they came home sick. Have doctors bills and receipts to prove it. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! My kids got sick and in turn made our whole household sick. Me my wife her parents and her brother all got versions of the sicknesses that came from that place. $140×5=$700 that i paid to go 7 times for and got sick and couldn't keep going because of being sick or dealing with sick kids. They wont work with you STAY AWAY!

SCAM!!! This company is extremely unethical and has committed fraud and misrepresentation. I cancelled my membership and they are charging me 3 months of dues. When I signed up they rushed me through the contract and were very misleading by telling me I could cancel at anytime. They raised the my dues in February and I called to cancel. Now in October I received a collections letter for over $500. I called the business to find a resolution and spoke with both Tanya and Doug. They were both extremely rude and disrespectful. They told me I was an idiot for not reading the Fine Print in the contract. I repeatedly explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to help me. Again they told me I should of read the contract. I stated that I would be posting on the BBB and other sites if they were not willing to help me. Doug laughed at me and told me "GOOD LUCK"
