Best gym I've belonged to. Terrific, friendly instructors and members that encourage you to push your limits. Wonderful selection of classes and wellness programs to suit all levels of fitness. Many community service projects throughout the year too!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! This is a great local gym that treats you like family and has your best interests at heart. They have a great variety of group classes, a fully equipped gym and weights and some excellent wellness programs - and they're very community minded.

Great Gym, so friendly, owner was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful ! My friends and I are visiting Laconia for a ski weekend and were looking for a spin class and found this gym. 45 minute class, Nick did a great job with the tabata class. We will certainly come back next year !

I'm new to town and have worked out at some of the top gyms in the country for many years, so the quality of classes and training is a huge deal to me. I planned to try out several gyms/classes in the area before I committed to one. Yet, I got to the Downtown Gym and immediately, between the extraordinary sense of community and the variety and caliber of classes available, I knew I didn't need to look any further!
