Best decision I ever made! CrossFit New Hampshire! I’m a newbie and was very hesitant signing up. I’ve done the gym thing. Never committed to it. Just wasn’t for me. The coaches are phenomenal here! They take the time to show you the basics. For the first few weeks you’re one on one. Learning how to do things correctly. Here it’s such a welcoming community of people. Not judging but cheering you on. If you want to get stronger and healthier not have to worry about being judged. This is the place ! I actually look forward to CrossFit.

This place is amazing. Whether you're new at crossfit or experienced this has it all. The coaches work with you and give you advice on proper techniques. The beat part is that is very welcoming. Everyone has fun and encourages each other. If I loved in the area I'd be going here a lot more.
