What can I say? Sparks Fitness Connection has always exceeded my expectations. Since day 1 that I started working out there, all the staff members have been super friendly and helpful whenever I have a question or simply greeting me as I walk in the door. I LOVE their basketball court. I love that there are more than 2 hoops so there can be various people playing. It is always very clean as well. The manager Ryan is such an awesome person. He is always so attentive with all the members and if anyone needs anything, he is the first one to jump up and help. Thanks Sparks Fitness Connection team for making it such an awesome environment!

I love this gym. I can workout, swim and do my own dancing here My trainer Jessica D. is the best. She will help you towards your fitness goals and proper diet. The staff is also great! More power to this place!

Overall decent gym for the money. Yes it gets crowded but you'd expect that when it's $10 a month. My only real complaint is that you guys need to remove the young yoga teacher that likes to show up late and play with her phone during classes, it's rude. The yoga classes need more variance as well IMO. Having someone pushing advanced techniques on what are clearly mostly beginners is counterintuitive. I highly recommend splitting into two types: Hatha/Yin/Restorative and Core/Power/Vinyasa. Might seem like a tall order, but you'd have better success with consistency in yoga attendees. Otherwise, pretty good gym.

My favorite gym in Sparks; I've been a member forever and have noticed a huge change in management when Ryan and Louwayne took over. I love working out here and seeing the regulars/employees every day!

I think every piece of cardio equipment is broke. The weight floor is constantly a mess and broken machines. Also every locker in this place is falling apart. All I want is a gym to just simply workout in without constant issues. Is that to much to ask for? Also tell your staff to lighten up and smile sometime. The front desk is always great I will say this but management and your trainers suck. Coming from a guy who was a personal trainer in the past I think your guys need some extra training. Also when I signed up you built a double account and double charge me for three months before finally resolving this and calling me a liar. Then you cancelled my membership on accident and tried to recharge me sign up fees again when this issue was found. Granted we finally got all this resolve after I argued with your main branch office because again management at the sparks location sucks.

This place is a joke a worker told me I couldn’t work out unless I had a parent with me but all the other times they let me in but they let’s people sign up when they are 13 and don’t say anything about that

Fine gym. No bells or whistles. Equipment can often be out of commission. Only one room to work out in for crossfit and its normally taken up with classes.

The equipment is always clean and very rarely out of order! I love my fitness connection family and wouldn’t trade it for any other gym!!

Do not ever sign up for Small Group Training and believe they will end your sessions at your request. they will continue to bill you forever. The staff is nice, but no one has the ability to help in cancelling an additional program.

Silvia hands down gave me such an amazing experience with signing up today, I am so excited that she addressed all my needs and concerns with getting me fully invested into getting back into the gym. It’s been almost a year or so since I’ve been in the gym... Not only did she set up my membership she gave me some free advice on how to get back into the gym without having to spend 100$ if dollars on instagram coaching also she gave me the hook up to some starting essentials like protein and a few amazing products.

I come here pretty often and can't say that I have any problems with the facility. The equipment is upkept pretty well too - much better than it was when I first joined. Also, hats off to the staff here, especially managers Louwayne and Ryan. They're always smiling and ready to tend to my needs when I have questions/requests.

Worst gym i have ever been to not because of the actual gym because of the people that work there. They have the worst attitude of who cares. You go into the gym and you have staff that is disrespectful and downright rude. I have tried to cancel my membership twice and i keep getting the same thing. It is not cancelled. I am so tired of this and then when i call to talk to management i get someone who tells me to come into the gym and talk to them. I told him that i dont have time to go to the gym for the 3rd time, and he says i am busy and hangs up on me!!! I am so livid!!
