Omaha Barbell is full of friendly, knowledgeable staff and members that openly welcome new people in order to guide them on a road of healthiness. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere for a gym, everyone was nice and relatively helpful. There's only one changing room per gender, and little room to store your things while you workout, but it's not often too busy, and didn't peak out hardly at all in January. The gym is very weight lifting focused I wouldn't recommend for a lot of cardio.

If you want to be around nice people, a clean gym with everything you need for serious lifters and a great atmosphere this is the place to go. One of my favorite gyms in Omaha and a prime location.
