Everything was well planned when they built the gym, from the oversized parking spaces to the placement of the equipment. Great atmosphere and you hardly wait for equipment.

I travel all over the USA for work and this is hands down the nicest gym I have ever gone to for any type of workout. They have pre cooked healthy meals, fruit, supplements, drinks, shakes and other awesome products for sale for a good price at that; theres a Sauna in the locker room, all the equipment is really nice, large rooms for group workouts and more. Overall I just wish this type of gym was in every location I go to. I was in town for 2 weeks, and I was able to pay for just 2 weeks without any type of membership. Highly recommend. A+++++++

A family emergency brought us to Lincoln and we were looking for somewhere to workout while we were here for a few days. After signing up for a free pass, when we arrived we had to pay the daily fee to workout since we currently live in Colorado. Although we were former Nebraska residents. It is ridiculous to have to pay for a daily fee just because you do not currently live in that state. Especially while dealing with other stressors. The staff did not care why we were in town, their only concern was receiving a daily fee.

It's easy to take your workouts seriously at this gym. There not serving pizza and bagels like other gyms in town. Tons of classes offered at Good life. Employees are friendly and establishment is quite clean including bathroom/locker room.

The gym itself is nice, of course it was just renovated and all but the customer service is horrible. I was at this gym for less than a month and realized how unprofessional and how poor the communication skills are here! Would never recommend someone!!

Truthfully this Good life is a lot better than the one on van dorn. however, these gyms are both great. If your looking for a place to work out, like ACTUALLY work out. Not wear tight clothing or minimal clothing and try to hit on people. Well then heres your gym. The culture of people here will motivate you yo get a better workout in.
