Dropped in while on a business trip from Houston, TX and did 5:30pm class with Coach Leanne. We did a fun warm-up and the wod was a chipper. Dubs, Air squats, sit ups, push ups and 135#thrusters. The whole clas was very welcoming and I felt comfortable the whole time there. Coach Leanne was watching everyone's form during the thrusters which I appreciated. I highly recommended Crossfit Khrusos to anyone who is thinking about dropping in for a wod. Thank you guys and when I return, i will definitely see y'all again.

This place has been amazing for me personally and mentally. I have come along way over the past year I am a better person inside and out I’m healthier and stronger even mentally. The atmosphere is amazing it is like my second family I love the support everyone gives each other and everyone is there to push each other to do their best.

Great family feel gym! Coach Leanne really did a great job of warming us up and still reviewing the movements. Dropped in from CA and both owners jumped in to WOD with me. Definitely a place to have fun and get a good workout in!

This was the first box I visited when moving to the area and had some others in mind, but after one workout with them, I was hooked. Everyone is so friendly and the trainers are very educated. They helped me scale down the workouts to adjust to my hip problems. I always miss it when I’m not there.

Dropped in for a class while visiting family in the area. Travis was my coach, very welcoming and attentive. I took a class with a bunch of real friendly people too, I hope to drop in again later this summer. Thanks for the hospitality and I'll be sure to stick around for coffee afterwards!

Fantastic place to workout at all skill levels. I was 6 month post partum and nervous about my capability to keep up but the staff and memebers are so encouraging! We push eachother and hold one another accountable! So thankful I checked this place out.

I love this gym. Not just because I get a great workout but because of the friendly atmosphere created by members and owners. It's not completely CrossFit kool-aid as some CrossFit gyms are. You wont get lectured about Paleo and Rich Froning. This is sort of an unusual CrossFit gym where you're more likely to hear people talk about their bench press than their Fran time. Unheard of at most CF gyms. I've also made some great friends that I hang out with outside of the gym on the weekends. Come try it.

Great small town CrossFit box. If you are looking for a family friendly environment with a little friendly daily competition, Khrusos is for you. Don’t get lost in the hype and large classes at other large boxes, smaller classes mean more one on one training without the intimidation. Travis and his coaches can accommodate any fitness level. Down to earth people getting great results from tough workouts with a few laughs along the way. Give it a try.

Crossfit khrusos is amazing. From the coaches, to fellow athletes everyone takes care of each other. The box has a family atmosphere; the cheering and the encouragement from everyone makes this the perfect place for everyone no matter where they are at in their fitness journey. I started here 2 years ago and I am better physically and mentally because of the coaches and my second family.
