Great gym! I've done personal training with the owner (Jerry) for years. A very skilled trainer with extensive experience, an eye for what to fix, and great suggestions for how to fix it. I love the emphasis on functional movements. Strength over a range of motion is important in life. Group classes throughout the week. Give him a try!
