Excellent instruction for kids and adults of all skill levels. Kids learn verbal deterrence, effective self-defense, as well as what to do before and after a fight, and they catch on fast! The atmosphere is welcoming and every class is fun (adult classes, too.) Beginning students will receive plenty of encouragement, and experienced students will find sufficient challenge to continue their growth. Don't miss out on the women's self-defense class, either: it's easily the most fun we have all week and covers everything from situational awareness to the worst-case scenario, choking, hair-grabbing, and weapons included.

This is a Gracie Certified Training Center. The instructors regularly visit the Gracie’s HQ for training. You will learn jiu jitsu as younwould if you were training with them directly. Coach Shane is the real deal. He has multiple disciplines and real world experince in his background. This place has a great culture and everyone helps one another. With Gracie University you have on demand lessons anytime, anywhere. If you are traveling and there is a CTC nearby you have access to train with them. If you are thinking about martial arts for the first time, this is the best discipline for a solid foundation. If you have trained in the past and decide to ad this skillset, you will not be disappointed.
