The staff is pleasant to communicate with, informative and really take their time in meeting your needs and goals on whatever level you are at. I love training here. Coach Dan is awesome. He brings a great attitude to classes that makes me excited to train. As a smaller guy in grappling it's nice to not worry about some huge wrestler smashing you during regular class. I would recommend over and over.

Like so many others, you'll begin wanting self defense and realize it becomes more about physical fitness goals and mental health. The staff and coaches are uber-professional.
