Loved it but too expensive

The perfect place for those who don't like crowded gyms. I feel comfortable to workout whether that is on the equipment or in the pool. No one is watching because they all are focused on their own workout. The Staff are all great: friendly and willing to answer questions.

A very good outfit overall and Gordon is top notch. He drills down past the symptoms to the underlying problems and offers advice and guidance to fix or manage the underlying problems, not just the current symptons, so as to prevent re occurrence.
