I have been working out at M Team Fitness for almost 3 months and I feel great! I was a little nervous at first bc it was so up close and personal but now i wouldn’t have it any other way! They are so professional and knowledgeable there and they truly care about you and your results. I’m so glad my friend talked me into trying it out! PS they do a full stretch on you and a “roll out” at the end of the session so you leave feeling like you just had a personal message. I have hired trainer before at different gyms and have never had that kind of quality treatment.

Now over 2 years later I realize that I not only needed the accountability to be successful but that I look forward to going there every day. They provide an extremely fun & supportive atmosphere where you will find the trainers & members encourage each other to help you achieve your goals. The one on one tailored workouts have given me the strength I needed to rid my hip pain & work toward my physique & health goals. They also provide health food counseling to help you live a healthy eating lifestyle. I recommend M Team to all my friends!

I started working out at M Team after a year or so of recovering from some injuries. They started me out slow, which helped me feel safe when we moved on every month to more advanced workouts. A year later, by body feels stable and I'm strong enough to participate in the activities I love outside the gym without fear of getting injured or not being able to keep up. Been working out here for 5 months, my cardio hasn't been this strong since high school. You get your own personal trainer, they work with you one on one for an hour each session. Shane has done a great job pushing me to my limits in strength and endurance. If you want to get in shape but don't know how or lack the motivation to truly push yourself, this is the place to be. When I walked in here the first time I was a wad of cookie dough, now I'm carved out of wood.

After 20 years of just dealing with back pain from a high school injury, I decided it was time to actually do something about it. I found M Team online and loved the idea of a private studio and working one-on-one with a trailer as I hate large gyms. My trainer, Jake, personalizes my workouts, which have strengthened my muscles and reduce my back pain. He always surprises me with different types of workout, challenging my strength and endurance, and doing things I never thought I could. This is the best I have felt in years! The atmosphere is amazing…always uplifting and fun! Troy, Jake and the entire staff is supportive and encouraging with whatever your goals may be – rehab an injury, get into shape, lose weight. I only wish I would have found M Team sooner! If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.

Only with their knowledge, experience and patience, am I able to do so many things I never thought was possible again. I started at MTeam about 8 months ago. Having dealt with years of TMJ issues and migraines I was very apprehensive to begin a workout regime, fearing the inevitable triggers that would bring on pain. I needed to be able to trust someone to understand what I had been through and someone who would be willing to help me continue in the healing process. I found that at MTeam. Troy put together a personalized plan and together with Stacey has worked carefully with me, not only to get into shape, but in retraining neck and back muscles that had been weakened by years of chronic pain. Living an hour away from Kalispell, I found it challenging to find a personal trainer that could fit my full time/out-of-town work schedule. I needed a gym and team that was not only reputable, but would give me the results I wanted and desired. Jake and the rest of the employees at M Team have exceeded my expectations and have pushed me past personal goals I would not have met on my own. The training I receive is consistently changing. I find that different muscle groups are worked and built every visit - always making it challenging. i went to themteam with the goal of rehabing my shoulder. The trainer assigned to me was Ryan. He did a great job getting my shoulder back in shape . We then switched gears with the aim of ski conditioning last season. Again, the results were quite noticable. I continue to go several times a week as part of an overall fitness routine. I would recommend the Mteam to anyone.

I cannot possibly say enough about M Team Fitness... I love the one on one training, this seems to. hold me accountable. They pay attention to detail when performing moves, making sure your posture and positions are correct. It's a very friendly place. You are happily greeted every time you walk through the door, I really appreciate that.

I started at M Team 1 1/2 years ago, in the last 2 years I have had 2 shoulder surgeries, 1 knee and a severally broken wrist plus 40 years of numerous other surgeries and permanent injuries. Needless to say I needed to get my body right. My trainer Jake has worked with me through my rehabs and taking me farther than I thought I could every go. I am stronger and cardio is better than it has been in 25 years. One of the biggest things is I am more flexible and have retrained muscles that were not working and my body is more balanced than ever. I absolutely could not have done this by myself, I would have probably caused more damage than good. Jake always knows what I can and can not do and pushes me to my limits with out hurting me and I can see the improvements from session to session. Thanks Jake and the M Team for getting me in the best shape I have been in a very long time.

Hands down best Gym I've even been involved in. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part. Everyone is very supportive and fun. My favorite part was the accountability and the one on one help. It's not just a gym you join and never talk to the owner again. The support is something I've never experienced before. Troy is very honest and accommodating to your needs. I would highly recommend M Team to anyone.

Starting at the gym in March of 2015 was an excellent decision. I am very grateful to my boss Greg McClure for providing me with the opportunity to work with the M Team. It has changed my life tremendously. In the past few years I have dealt with several tragedies all at once and I needed an outlet to focus on something positive and put my emotions into my exercise instead of focusing on my losses. Jake Nash's program has taught me patience, instead of using my Speedy Gonzales ways, taking the time to follow through with each rep & movement to give me more results. Combining weights with cardio is awesome and I have a new appreciation for weight training. I've been told I have "Big Guns" now and that's great because according to Jake "Obama can't Take These Guns" ! Jake's program has helped me gain physical & mental strength because its always a plus when you have someone encouraging you along the way and believing that you can push yourself harder than you ever have. M Team is all about RESULTS & being in a positive atmosphere. Everyone should make exercise a priority along with eating clean & drinking enough water. The M Team are great people! A big Thanks to all the positivity Troy, Stacey, Ryan, & Jake bring into the world!! Thee only complaint I have is that darn disco music Troy keeps playing!! :)

I went to M Team Fitness the middle of May because I was not keeping up with my personal fitness on my own. I weighed more than I should and I could tell that I did not have the strength and endurance I would need for some trips that I was planning on taking over the summer. Also, I was experiencing some chronic pain in one ankle and inflammation in one of my knees. Troy developed a program to loosen and strengthen these two joints specifically as well as increasing my hip strength and overall cardiovascular fitness. After 6 weeks, the ankle ceased being an issue and continues to work fine. The knee is showing marked improvement as well. After 10 weeks, I was able to successfully complete an extended hike into the Bob Marshall Wilderness area and enjoyed a week of phenomenal fishing. Without the program Troy designed and the implementation of that program by Jake at M Team, there is no way I could have participated in this trip. I still have work to do to get ready for hunting season this fall, but I am in this for the long haul and I believe that Troy and M Team have me on the right path to fitness

I love M Team Fitness. You truly have a 1 on 1 workout with your trainer for the full time your are there - you are the focus of their expertise. Walk in with your commitment - stick to your plan and walk out with your head held high and your body strong. This is a safe zone for women who have no time for anything but getting the most out of their efforts. There's no posers here. You work out with someone who genuinely cares about your progress and health. I've worked out with Bob Kirchner for 3 months and my body has changed for the better. I recommend him with all my heart and soul. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself that was just for me. All you women out there know just what I'm saying...we do so much for everyone else and we put ourselves last. I'm telling you from my personal experience to try this - you will not regret it. It's worth every dollar. Don't get old - get fit! It's a choice. PS I'm 57 years old and have been sitting on my butt for the lat 15 years - I kid you not...if I can do this you can do this. If you're looking for an unprecedented one-on-one training with a great team of professionals...M Team is the best. The atmosphere is energetic and the trainers are truly engaged and motivated to help you progress. I have observed all the trainers in action and they really know their stuff. I have been training with Ryan for over a year now. He has helped me understand body mechanics and healthy living. It's hard work, but well worth it. Ryan makes training fun, especially when the occasional Journey song plays.
