I just finished the 6 week challenge and I do not regret it! If you need an experience to see whether or not you want to be a part of the CrossFit lifestyle, please try the challenge! Koltan, Lisa, and their team are great at keeping you accountable. I appreciated their feedback and advice on lifts or changes I needed to make to my form. This challenge definitely makes you think about what you eat and how you prepare it. My wife and I appreciate the change in what we ate during these 6 weeks and are going to keep some of the recipes we were introduced to. I definitely notice a change in my body and I appreciate the work that I had to put in to get there. It is not easy. If you are thinking of trying it out, I would highly recommend it. Especially if you can get a friend to join with you.

I just want to share that i went on a little adventure today with my kids. We went on a little hike and i ran around chasing them playing tag at a park. Last year I was the Dad on the couch not playing with my kids. Today i was the Dad who plays with his kids. If it wasn't for everyone at IronHawk Crossfit I would still be the Dad on the couch.

Dropped in while in town for a Spartan race. I've visited dozens of boxes across in US and overseas and these guys know what they are doing. Great facility, super friendly owners, felt right at home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a box to join or visiting the area.

Im a CrossFit Gym owner from Tampa, Florida. I dropped in with another Gym owner on vacation a week after they opened. They were very accommodating and answered all our emails/questions within hours. The gym is spacious, well equipped and gorgeous! They have changing rooms, a small lounge with coffee and a reception area to help get checked in and ask questions. They were polite, professional and I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. This gym is going places!

I absolutely love the classes. I feel so good coming here. I’ve started to notice things getting a lot easier. Adding more weight and my form is coming together great. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have stumbled across the add on Facebook. I was in shape when I came in, but now I’m definitely cut up and love the feeling I get when I leave there. They help with nutrition/food planning, so it’s hard to fail. These guys know there stuff! I’ve got a CrossFit gym probably 4 blocks from my house in Columbia Falls. Hands down I will drive to Kalispell just to be apart of the classes these guys/ladies provide. Kudos to all of you! I highly recommend this establishment to anyone just starting out, and the experienced folks. The staff is amazing, and it’s a great way to meet awesome people!
