Love this gym. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of room to move around and work out. Slightly older but well maintained equipment. I don’t goto a gym for aesthetics, I go to work. Glad there’s a gym like granite in the Heights. Also, it’s very rarely “too busy”. Thanks for offing this gym to us.

This place is great, they pretty much have athletic performance center apart from the main gym lined with Olympic lifting racks and bumpers. They even have two prowlers with room to push up to 50ish yards. Other awesome things: kettlebells to 32kg, chin up bars, and two squat cages with lifting platforms in the main area. This place pretty much has everything I’d want from a gym

Limited on some equipment...but the front desk folks are beyond excellent! I like the location for myself....bit dated....but overall workout experience is worth coming here..just my opinion

Equipment at Heights location is not maintained. For example, the incline bench machine seat has been broken for over 6 months. It does not go lower than level 3.

Great place to work out even though there is not a large variety of equipment. The monthly fees are very reasonable but the hours of operation can be rather inconvienent to those who work off shifts.

Clean, well maintained locker rooms and equipment. The people are extremely friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is fantastic. I highly recommend using Granite if you're looking for a gym.

Really filthy gym. I noticed the comments about it being a clean gym? You must be writing for a different gym. The sauna and locker room areas are filthy, always. Be sure to bring your eucalyptus in the steam so you can tolerate the odors. Most of the time, it is just filthy. I too, appreciate the front desk staff, but once you’re past them, it goes downhill from there. I have been reporting a broken stationary bike for a year including telling and showing the maintenance guy. Still broke. A poor fellow lost control of his bowels in the locker room, quite a mess. They replaced the pieces of carpet where they estimated his feces landed rather than a total replacement or even a shampoo of the carpets. Black mold on the walls of the shower. The response is consistently “were gonna fix it”. Been the same now for a long time. I’m canceling membership at the end of the year. Done
