Crossroads has all the other gyms in town beat when it comes to group fitness. The instructors and management team truly care about the wellness of their members. They are continuously making updates around the gym and the childcare is the best deal in town.

I love working out at Crossroads. They have a large facility with an indoor pool that my whole family loves to swim in. Lots of classes are offered to fit your needs and by far the best weight room and free weight equipment around. To top it off, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone.

The gym is great, the only issues I have with it is that they're not open 24 hours and that they say there's no long-term contracts...but in order to cancel your membership there's a buyout fee for a hundred fifty bucks.... they fail to notify you upon signing up.

A piece for all needs! Crossroads really has something for everyone, be it equipment, classes or simply swimming plus an indoor track. All are current models kept in good shape thanks to the diligent maintenance crew. Staff are always very friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable and professional.

We were here for the Turkey trot. They recognized the top 3 from each race just before the raffle, but I didn't realize it was inside. I was waiting for everyone to finish the race thinking they'd use the sound system out there to announce it. We missed them recognizing my 5yo which he was sad about even though there were no prizes. They raffled off a lot of pies and had bananas, bagels, and water for post race snacks. The building seemed nice though, a little bit of a maze and tricky to find where you're going. Great race though.

Only in town for one day, went and took the indoor cycling class. Bikes were filthy, pedals, clips were rusty and covered with dust. The giant ceiling fans were awesome except for the dust coating them. The class was pretty good.

Good place and good people. The building layout is a little weird but it's okay. The only thing I would complain about is it could use better internet. Wifi is slow and it would be nice if I could stream YouTube or Netflix when on the treadmill.

A good gym but beware it says no contract pay month to month it's false advertising when you have to cancel and they charge you a $150 buy out. Which does not make sense at all. You are never told this but now you know. Thanks Whitney.

12$ for a single time use.. not great, but not terrible. Feels like a repurposed office building essentially. Would not reccomend the track, feels like your running in a hallway with the low ceilings and cramped spaces. The lifting equipment was in good condition, and had everything I needed for my workout.

Whitney who helped us with our membership was absolutely amazing and super friendly. Pretty good price for all of the amenities you get to enjoy including a private room for those who enjoy working out around less people.
