Joining CFL has changed my life. It may seem dramatic, but this gym has helped me become a better person. Not only am I healthier, which was the goal whin I joined 4.5 years ago, but I am now more confident and mentally strong. I love the workouts, but more than that I love the people. If you want a gym that meets you wherever your fitness needs are, come workout with us.

What I learned about crossfit here is that it's basically glorified power lifting. To be fair, the people were nice, though I have a couple criticisms. In all my classes, I never broke a sweat and only got to breathing hard about half the time. The workouts are very short, and often involve lifting amounts of weight that are totally unsafe for a 43-year-old novice. The other complaint is that the operation is awfully spartan considering the cost of membership. No amenities whatsoever, which would be fine if dues were half what they are. If you're a "what's your max, brah" type of person, you might fit in better than I did.
