The second best CrossFit box in Helena. A smaller yet functional space with nearly everything you need to complete your WOD. Plenty of parking and located in a quieter part of town.

My husband and I dropped in for a workout on a cross-country trip and Kier and the 1130 class couldn't have been more welcoming! We had a great workout (or as good as our sea-level acclimated bodies would give us) and were ready for the next leg of our journey. $20 for a WOD and a shirt is a great deal--we highly recommend!
